Amazon is now taking pre-orders for The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds Prima Game Guide. You can either go with the special collector’s edition or paperback release.

Other game guides you may be interested in include Super Mario 3D World and The Wonderful 101. We’ve also previously mentioned the Pokemon X/Y “Kalos Region Guidebook: The Official Pokemon Strategy Guide”. It’s available in either hardcover or paperback.

XSEED is localizing Rune Factory 4 for North America. In Europe, Zen United will be bringing the game over, it has been revealed.

Speaking with JPGames, Zen United director Geraint Evans said (roughly translated):

“You are actually the first people I’m telling, that Rune Factory 4 will be brought over to Europe by us. We will be announcing it officially in the very near future.”

Xenoblade Chronicles is currently $80 on GameStop. If you use the coupon “SEPT15” at checkout, you can get the game for $65. Considering GameStop’s recent restock of Xenoblade for $90, buying it for $65 isn’t as terrible.

Bike Rider DX’s price will be slashed sometime this month. The new price should be set at $2.99.

What’s most interesting about the entire situation is that Bike Rider DX’s sale was accidentally revealed early. On the Canadian eShop, a notice indicated that the sale was already in effect – even though this wasn’t the case.

Capcom’s collaboration with Nintendo for Monster Hunter 4 goes beyond costumes. Following today’s Monster Hunter 4 Direct, Nintendo president Satoru Iwata tweeted two extra pieces of information.

First, players will be able to customize their guild cards with Nintendo-themed backgrounds. Iwata showed Mario, Zelda, and Donkey Kong examples:

Another Nintendo tie-in pertains to poses. Iwata also released a couple of images – again for Mario and Zelda – feature some of the characters posing in special ways against Nintendo backgrounds:

Players will be able to dress their main hero in Monster Hunter 4 as Link from The Legend of Zelda. Watch a trailer showing the collaboration with Nintendo above.

The Monster Hunter 4 Direct is currently underway. We’ll be updating this post with details as they come in.

– For multiplayer, you have to click on a world map button and choose between various options
– Friends can directly join from the friendslist
– Can still create or find rooms
– With finding a room, you can pick the skill level and difficulty of quests
– There is a full chat function, with which you can communicate with players in the lobby
– There are the pre-installed options for you to enter (“Hello”, “Thanks”, etc.)
– The quest begins and and they quickly run to the box to get some items
– We see them duking it out against a gigantic creature. Everyone is trying their own strategy.
– It seems all pretty seemless, as you can all walk around freely. Chat function always active in the corner.
– Finishing the monster off is done a quick timey sort of way
– Monster Hunter 4 themes are being discussed. It is, according to them, very clearly shown in the opening.
– The game’s theme is also used in commercials, as it presents everything quite well
– There is also new function called an… item sensor? It allows you to find the more important items really
– They are talking about that the character can jump now. Which allows for more action packed adventures
– The game still features a story, which is expanded a bit more in comparison to previous games
– You journey to different places, take on quests and they are many NPCs too.
