Capcom announced today that Monster Hunter 4 will be available digitally in Japan on the same day as the packaged version. Both releases are priced at 5,990 yen.

Monster Hunter 4 launches in Japan on September 14.

Sonic Lost World will be available at retail and on the eShop. If you live in Japan and opt for the latter, you can purchase the game at a discount.

On Wii U, Sonic Lost World’s retail version will be priced at 7,329 yen. The download version, meanwhile, is set at 6,500 yen.

There’s a similar discount for the 3DS release of Sonic Lost World. Players will be able to buy the title for 5,229 yen at retail or 4,700 yen on the eShop.

A Pikmin update is ready to be downloaded in Europe. Once applied, users will gain access to SpotPass functionality as well as global rankings. The update brings the game to version 1.1.0.

Uncharted Waters: New Horizons has been rated by the OFLC. That likely means a new Virtual Console release is planned for the future. Nintendo originally released New Horizons on the Wii Shop Channel way back in 2009.
