Nintendo has added a bit of maintenance to its upcoming schedule. One session is planned for Switch, but thankfully it’s only a brief period.
Here’s the current maintenance schedule:
It’s unclear what Little Witch Nobeta’s status is for the west, but fans will be happy to hear that the physical versions in Japan will support English. Just like any other Switch game, you can import a copy to your region and play it in that language.
Little Witch Nobeta will have a standard release on Switch along with a limited edition. The latter includes a copy of the game, special illustrated box, script with autograph (A4, 48 pages), B2 tapestry, art book (B5, 32 pages), and soundtrack CD.
Former Nintendo of America president Reggie Fils-Aime has spoken about the memorable reveal trailer for the Mii Fighter in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate for Wii U / 3DS.
Nintendo has had many special moments in its online presentations over the years, but this one in particular stood out. In it, Reggie went into battle with late Nintendo global president Satoru Iwata, complete with punches and headbutts. The fun video was a way of introducing fans to the idea that they could use any Mii character they create as a fighter in Super Smash Bros. for Wii U / 3DS.

As part of the UbiCollectible line, a couple of new figurines will be released for Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope. Currently it appears that there are plans for two: Rabbid Mario and Rabbid Peach.
Both measure 10 cm / 4″ and come with a unique code that unlocks an in-game weapon skin. For the Rabbid Mario figurine, it’s said that it shows the character “equipped with his massive gauntlets The Dukes, ready to plunge into battle against any enemy at a moment’s notice”. As for Rabbid Peach, she wielding her well-known Triple-Troll.
Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope is fast approaching, and Ubisoft recently held a hands-on event for the media. After spending a few hours with the game, we also had a chance to speak with associate producer Quentin Correggi. Correggi touched on combat changes that have been made compared to Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle, the work and detail being put into the animation, his excitement for bringing back Rayman, and more.
You can read our full discussion with Correggi. We also have a video version at the end of this post.
