According to the OFLC, Modern Warfare 3’s full name on DS will be “Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3: Defiance”. We’ve seen a similar situation in the past. In 2009, n-Space’s Modern Warfare has a subtitle of “Mobilized”.

Another bonus 3DS Ambassadors can receive as being part of the program is extra Club Nintendo coins. Nintendo confirms in a Q&A that all twenty games can be linked to a member’s account. I imagine that post-play surveys will be available as well, so you could earn a ton of coins by just downloading the titles.

“Nintendo 3DS Ambassadors who link their Nintendo 3DS systems to their Club Nintendo account prior to downloading their games will be eligible to earn Coins for the 20 free games.”

9th August 2011 – Discover Xenoblade Chronicles for Wii ahead of its release on the 19th of August with the help of a series of all-new “Let’s Play: Xenoblade Chronicles” gameplay videos starting today at 11am CET, only on the Xenoblade Chronicles YouTube Channel at http://www.youtube.com/XenobladeWii.

The series of seven in-depth gameplay videos that will be released over the coming weeks will give you a detailed look at the vast worlds of Bionis and Mechonis, the scene of a war that knows no end between the Mechon (a race of machines) and the Homs (humans).

Even though Square Enix hasn’t shown much of Kingdom Hearts: Dream Drop Distance, you might be pleased to hear that development is going well. Tetsuya Nomura has intentions of releasing the game early next year, but wouldn’t commit to any sort of release date.

Kingdom Hearts 3D will be playable at this year’s Tokyo Game Show for the first time along with Theatrhythm Final Fantasy (also launching early in 2012). Square Enix will likely display trailers for these titles and other projects appearing at the show at their Open Megatheater. The videos will posted online for public viewing once TGS is finished.

In this week’s issue of Dengeki PlayStation, Nomura said that Kingdom Hearts 3D’s quality matches that of a console game. The development team have been working hard on the moves shown in the debut trailer, such as having the ability to run on walls. Nomura promises that Dream Drop Distance will feature the flashiest motion we’ve even seen in a Kingdom Hearts title.

Nomura also discussed the Kingdom Hearts franchise in general. He acknowledged that there is some concern about attracting new players to the series, so he hopes this can be worked on for Kingdom Hearts’ 10th anniversary. Although he wouldn’t elaborate, Nomura teased an “HD technical test”. Could Wii U be a part of those plans?
