Baldur’s Gate: Dark Alliance 2 was confirmed for Switch earlier this year, but we now have more details – including a release window.
Interplay Entertainment (IPLY) and Wizards of the Coast made the news official today. The action RPG will be available on a Nintendo console for the first time, and in higher resolution than the original release. Local co-op will be fully supported.
Gameloft shared a new reveal for Disney Speedstorm today, revealing that the Silver Screen track will be included. The course is inspired by Disney’s iconic animated short Steamboat Willie. Players will be able to access it at launch.

Netflix has announced Castlevania: Nocturne, a new animated series for the streaming service. A premiere date was not announced.
The show follows Richter, a descendant of the Belmont family. Fans will recognize the character from games such as Rondo of Blood and Symphony of the Night. Richter was also a playable character in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.

Publisher Crytivo and developer Super Zoo Story Team announced today that Super Zoo Story, an open-world zoo simulator with RPG elements, is in the works for Switch. The project is targeting a 2023 launch.

The seafaring roguelite co-op game Ship of Fools will be released on Switch, publisher Team17 and developer Fika Productions confirmed today. It will be available later in 2021.

Arc System Works has announced Ground Divers, a slapstick discovery game for Switch. It will be released on June 30, 2022.
Ground Divers has players guiding the rabbit-like mining robot Tsuruhashi into increasingly complex mine shafts of their own creation. They’ll be digging for “rare” matter as well as battling underground enemies, building Pit Relay Systems to help offer upgrades and supporting units along the way, and more.
No Place for Bravery now has a release date. The top-down action RPG will launch on September 22, publisher Ysbryd Games and developer Glitch Factory revealed today.
No Place for Bravery was originally planned for Q4 2021. However, it was later delayed to Q3 2022.
