A physical release of Gungrave G.O.R.E: Ultimate Enhanced Edition has been revealed for Switch in Japan, and English is included.
The game previously came to Switch in North America and Europe in October. However, it’s only been offered digitally. If you’d like to pick up a physical copy, you’ll be able to do so with the Japanese release – which works on all Switch systems worldwide. English, Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese text should be on the cartridge (and English audio).
Worlds of Aria will be seeing release on Switch, publisher Ishtar Games and developer Ludogram have announced. Those that are interested in the game should be keeping an eye out for the launch later in 2024.
Worlds of Aria is a party based RPG inspired by tabletop experiences. You’ll be able to go through the whole thing by yourself, but there are also plans for local play plus online functionality – which will include cross-platform play.
Top Hat Studios and Karatkuro will release Myth Caller: The Nightmare Shaman on Switch, the two sides have confirmed. News about launch timing hasn’t been shared.
Myth Caller: The Nightmare Shaman mashes up two different genres. Not only is the game s 3D collectathon, but it’s also a monster-catching RPG with everything set in a semi-open world.
Gameplay is in for Chico and the Magic Orchards DX, which was one of the few new games to land on the Switch eShop this week. 18 minutes of footage gives fans a look at the retro-handheld-inspired adventure title.

The team behind Anima Flux has announced plans to release the game on Switch. Right now it’s on track to launch in Q4 2024.
Anima Flux, a co-op Metroidvania game, features a pair of genetically enhanced soldiers who’ll need to fight through swarms of mutants in a desolate, dystopian space city and save humanity’s last stronghold. More information can be found in the following overview:

Linkito, an upcoming puzzle game from Kalinarm, is currently in development for Switch. We’ll be seeing it on the console at some point, but there’s no word on any sort of release window currently.
Linkito involves connecting blocks, though there’s more to it than just that. The game will ship with a level editor and the ability to connect to other platforms like Twitch.
To close out 2023, Nintendo has provided a look at the 30 most-downloaded games on the Japanese Switch eShop.
Suika Game, which became a worldwide hit this year, topped the chart. Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom was arguably Nintendo’s biggest release of the year and follows right behind. Pikmin 4, Super Mario Bros. Wonder, and Dragon Quest Monsters: The Dark Prince round out the top five.
