Last night, the open beta for BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle kicked off on Switch. Get a look at some footage of the demo below.

It looks as though the Blazblue: Cross Tag Battle beta download is now available for players to download – check it out on the eShop. 20 characters will be available to play in this online version over the four in the offline version.

The open beta and demo for BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle is right around the corner on Switch. The open beta goes live tonight at 10 PM PT / 1 AM ET, followed by an offline demo on May 14.

The latest Jake Hunter game has been announced, and it’s coming to Nintendo Switch. The game’s full title is Jake Hunter Detective Story: Prism of Eyes. This is pretty much all we can glean from the preview images of this week’s Famitsu magazine, but we should have more info once we have access to the full issue later this week.

Arc System Works has more plans for Switch when it comes to the fighting genre. On one of its Japanese Twitter accounts, the company says more fighting titles will be released on the console in the future.

Yesterday, Arc System Works announced that Guilty Gear XX: Accent Core Plus R is coming to Switch. BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle also launches in June.

Arc System Works revealed at the Nexon Developers Conference 2018 today that Guilty Gear XX: Accent Core Plus R is heading to Switch. Fortunately, the company has quickly followed up with an announcement for the west.

Guilty Gear XX: Accent Core Plus R marks the first time that the series will be appearing on Switch. It originally released in arcades as Guilty Gear XX: Accent Core, and has become a fan favorite after undergoing a tuneup to optimize each characters’ individual concept.

Guilty Gear XX Accent Core Plus R has been announced for Nintendo Switch at the Nexon Developers Conference 2018 by Arc Systems Works. The game is currently on PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, PC, and PS Vita.


After it reemerged in last week’s Famitsu with a Fall 2018 release window in Japan, Arc System Works has shared new details about Kunio-kun: The World Classics Collection.

Once again, 15 titles have been named for the package. Arc System Works also says today that three “related titles” will be in the collection.
