Bethesda is still churning out updates for its free-to-play Switch title The Elder Scrolls: Blades, with the game now at version 1.19 starting today. It features the return of the Winter Town and limited-time holiday bundles, a new Event Quest, and balancing to several existing Event Quests.

Nightdive Studios’ remastered version of the dark fantasy shooter Quake, originally developed by id Softwre, has received a whole host of new bloody content through the newly released Update 2, not only providing the usual bug fixes, but adding new features like a new add-on, named simply “Honey,” and an all-new Horde Mode, designed by Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus developers MachineGames, who also developed the new episodes exclusive to the renmaster.

The Elder Scrolls Blades update 1.18

Another small update has come to The Elder Scrolls: Blades on Switch, with version 1.18 being made available. It includes the Warrior’s Festival as well as a new Ultimate Item.

Switch users can now download a new 1.17 update for The Elder Scrolls: Blades. It brings back the spooky nighttime town, a week of daily Event Quests for the Witches Festival, and new items in the Sigil Shop.

Bethesda has readied a new 1.16 update for The Elder Scrolls: Blades. It includes new Event Quests, Ultimate Items at the Sigil Shop, Harvest’s End event, and more.

Update (8/20): Amazon now has pre-orders here. Doom 2016 is physical, but everything else in the package is digital.


Original (8/19): A collection of DOOM games called DOOM Slayers Collection has been listed at Best Buy for pre-order. This collection comes with DOOM, DOOM II, DOOM 3, DOOM 2016, and DOOM 64 all in one physical package.

This listing does not specify if these games will all be included on the cartridge or if an additional online download will be required. But, there is a release date of September 2, 2021 and a price of $49.99.
