Resident Evil 4

Resident Evil 4 is on a ton of different platforms now, but that wasn’t always the case. Originally, it was created only for the GameCube. A big part of that was due to director Shinji Mikami.

Mikami signed an exclusive deal with Nintendo before Resident Evil 4’s launch. In an interview with Variety, he explained that the partnership came about due to concern for the gaming industry. Mikami had concerns that if the gaming endeavors from Sony’s PlayStation and Microsoft’s Xbox didn’t work out, “they might just go back to what they’re good at and what they’re known for.”

More of the weapon-focused videos for Monster Hunter Rise have dropped. Today, Capcom has added segments showing off the move set of the hammer and sword & shield sets. These videos, like their predecessors, are around a minute long and showcase the weapons with new gameplay footage.

Capcom Arcade Stadium

In just a couple of months, Capcom Arcade Stadium will be heading to Switch. Over 30 classic titles will be made available.

After downloading Capcom Arcade Stadium, players can access a free version of 1943: The Battle of Midway. The standalone Ghosts ‘n Goblins add-on can be purchased as well.

On top of that, fans can purchase different packs of Capcom arcade classics spanning the decades. There are three in total, each containing ten games. You can find the full lineup below.

Capcom has shared a new batch of details and screenshots for Monster Hunter Rise. The update covers monsters Bishaten and Somnacanth, Royal Ludroth area, and “Rampage” events.
