The Swords of Ditto: Mormo’s Curse makes its debut on Switch today through the eShop. Have a look at some footage in the video below.

Katana Zero has sold over 100,000 copies in its first week, developer Askiisoft has announced. That number applies to data across all platforms. Devolver Digital said a short while ago that Katana Zero is its second fastest selling Switch title.

Players can look forward to more content for the game in the future. Askiisoft is working on the first free DLC, and a speedrun mode is in the works.

Yesterday we found out that The Swords of Ditto: Mormo’s Curse will be coming to Switch. Publisher Devolver Digital and developer onebitbeyond have now shared some additional information about the release.

The Swords of Ditto: Mormo’s Curse is an adventure RPG that previously released on other platforms. When it arrives on Switch, it’ll be an expanded and revamped version. It’ll have “new locations, powerful weapons and toys, a horde of fresh-faced enemies and bosses, and no more permadeath for the darling adventurers.”

Maybe Katana Zero didn’t immediately stand out to you on the eShop. Perhaps it’s because it’s seemingly just one more pixelated indie game, or because you’ve already preloaded a certain other stylish indie action game releasing on April 18. Or maybe it’s because you’re like me, and expected Katana Zero to be yet another pretty, but ultimately forgettable indie experience. And you know what, these are all reasonable expectations to have.

The neo-noir, action-platformer Katana Zero is appearing on Switch via the eShop as of today. Watch the game’s launch trailer below.

Katana Zero is Devolver Digital’s most pre-ordered Switch game thus far, the company has announced. A specific number was not provided.

Devolver Digital has offered a number of games on the eShop, including Gris, The Messenger, and Ape Out. Several “older” titles are available as well like Enter the Gungeon, Minit, and Downwell.

We’ll have our review of Katana Zero up tomorrow.
