YouTube Live at E3 – LEGO Dimensions, Nintendo Power Half Hour

YouTube Live at E3 is hosting a couple of Nintendo-related segments today. The first, LEGO Dimensions, is on now. The Nintendo Power Half Hour should follow just after 12:30 PM PT / 2:30 PM ET.

Twitch featuring Nintendo on E3 stream at 5:30 PM ET / 2:30 PM PT

Twitch is going to have some sort of feature on Nintendo later today. As shown through the official E3 schedule, there’s something lined up today at 5:30 PM ET / 2:30 PM PT / 10:30 PM in the UK / 11:30 PM in Europe. Whatever’s planned, it should last about a half hour.
Nintendo will be appearing in Twitch’s stream later in the week as well. Here are those times:
Tuesday
– 3:30 PM PT
– 6:30 PM ET
– 11:30 PM in the UK
– 12:30 PM in Europe
Thursday
– 3:15 PM PT
– 6:15 PM ET
– 11:15 PM in the UK
– 12:15 PM in Europe

Runbow E3 2015 trailer reveals online play, Adventure Mode

13AM Games published a new trailer for Runbow today in celebration of E3 2015. The video reveals a couple of new modes – specifically online multiplayer and Adventure Mode.
Runbow’s online functionality will allow players to participate in nine-player multiplayer even if friends aren’t nearby. Adventure Mode, on the other hand, features over 140 challenges and collectible medals for special unlockables. Players will be presented with the task of defeating the evil Satura and saving the world.
It was also announced today that Runbow will be a part of Nintendo’s new “Nindies@Home Program”. Details about this limited time demo can be found here.

Update 2: (6/14): Photos of Nintendo’s E3 lanyard have come in. We also have photos from the Nintendo World Championships 2015. Since more photos are starting to appear online, we’re going to collect everything in the gallery above.

There are going to be a whole bunch of photos leading up to E3 2015 over the next few days. We’re not going to make a new post for each new one, but we will collect all of the various images right here.
Shigeru Miyamoto kicks things off, and he’s apparently already in Los Angeles for the big show. It’ll be interesting to see what other photos come in leading up to E3!

Update: Some English tweets – Iwata explains why he won’t be attending this year’s E3

Nintendo president Satoru Iwata didn’t attend E3 last year, and he’ll be skipping the expo once again this year. In 2014, his absence was related to health reasons. This year is a bit different.
Iwata explained on Nintendo’s Japanese Twitter account that the company won’t be announcing new hardware at E3. Additionally, he’ll be hosting an investors meeting the week after E3. It’s because of these two reasons that his presence wasn’t required.

YouTube Live at E3 – “Nintendo Power Half-Hour” on Monday (demos, interviews, NWC updates)

YouTube is going all out on E3 this year. Throughout the entire show, the site will be streaming tons of game demos, interviews, and more.
On Monday, YouTube’s programming will have a segment on Nintendo. There are plans for “a half-hour of new live game demos, interviews and updates Sunday night’s Nintendo World Championships.”
This will take place at 2:30 PM ET / 11:30 AM PT / 7:30 PM in the UK / 8:30 PM in Europe.

Nintendo E3 2015 schedule recap

With E3 2015 just a few days away, Nintendo has sent out a new schedule recapping the company’s events at the expo.
Here are some notable tidbits:
– 2015 and “select 2016 software” will be featured at E3
– Nintendo “will continue to share information on future games and initiatives in the months ahead”
– There will apparently be “additional announcements between matches” of the Nintendo World Championships
– Developers will be at the Nintendo Treehouse: Live @ E3 sessions
– On the second day of the Nintendo Treehouse: Live broadcast, there will be content not shown at Nintendo’s E3 booth

Little Orbit’s E3 2015 lineup

Little Orbit has announced its lineup for E3 2015. The publisher will have four titles on display, including Adventure Time: Finn and Jake Investigations, Monster High New Ghoul In School, Barbie and Her Sisters Puppy Rescue, and Kung Fu Panda: Showdown of Legendary Legends.
