We received confirmation earlier this week that The Bridge is slated for the North American Wii U eShop on August 20. But we now know that the European release is set for the same day. The game’s official Twitter account told one fan that it will arrive on August 20 in both regions.

Update: IronFall Invasion has also been removed from the North American 3DS eShop, likely for the same reason.

Announced via one of Nintendo’s Twitter accounts, IronFall Invasion has been temporarily removed from the European 3DS eShop. It will likely be re-added to the digital store at some point in the future.

Nintendo didn’t say why IronFall Invasion was removed from the eShop, but the reasoning is pretty clear. It was recently revealed that the download could be used for homebrew on 3DS.

Just like in North America, Splatoon’s third European Splatfest was pretty close. But in the end, the South Pole beat out the North Pole by just a few points.

The North Pole had a very slight edge in popularity. However, because the South Pole won 52 percent of the matches, that side came out on top.

Take a look at the image above for the full results.

North America’s third Splatfest in Splatoon kicked off 13 hours ago. In Europe, their third competition is beginning right now.

The third European Splatfest pits the North Pole against the South Pole. Splatoon players can compete for the next day, and the results will then be available soon after it’s finished.
