No More Heroes 3 update 1.1.0

No More Heroes 3 has been on Switch for over a year, but the game has now received a new 1.1.0 update. Thanks to Marvelous, we have the patch notes.

Rune Factory 3 Special

Rune Factory 3 Special is heading to Switch, XSEED and Marvelous announced today. Look for it in 2023.

Rune Factory 3 originally launched for DS. This new version has HD visuals and redesigned character models.

XSEED and Marvelous today unveiled Story of Seasons: A Wonderful Life for Switch. This is a remake of a previous title in the series that first appeared on the GameCube.

Loop8: Summer of Gods

XSEED Games announced today that it intends to localize Loop8: Summer of Gods for English fans in the west. In North America and Europe, the game will be launching in Spring 2023.

Deadcraft gameplay

Deadcraft, a new zombie survival-action game from the developer of Daemon X Machina, has received new gameplay. This follows the title’s release on Switch this week.

XSEED and Marvelous have readied a new trailer for Deadcraft. The Switch title, a zombie survive-action game, arrived just this week on the eShop.

XSEED and Marvelous have announced Deadcraft, a new simulation / action RPG where players must craft to survive in a treacherous world ravaged by zombies. It’s being made by Marvelous’ First Studio, the creator of Daemon X Machina.

Rune Factory 5 has technically been around for a year, but only in Japan. But just this week, the game made its debut in North America and Europe thanks to the localization efforts of XSEED.

John Wheeler, Lori Snyder, and Katherine Sargent are some of the key people behind Rune Factory 5’s English version as they contributed to the project as the localization manager, assistant localization manager, and localization editor respectively. Recently, we were able to catch up with them to talk more about their work. You can read our full discussion below for insight into the localization of Rune Factory 5.

Nintendo Everything recently had the opportunity to speak with Shiro Maekawa, the director of Rune Factory 5. We discussed a variety of topics including the lengthy wait since the series’ previous entry, the inclusion of same-sex relationships, and more. Maekawa also expressed interest in remakes / remasters of previous titles and indicated that it won’t be another ten years for a new Rune Factory game.
