A few days ago, Nintendo announced the 2017 Summer of Play tour. Certain locations across the United States will host events where fans can go hands-on with various Switch and 3DS games. Various activities are planned at these locations as well.

When the announcement was made earlier in the week, it was mentioned that My Nintendo members who check in with their QR Code will be given a free gift while supplies last. Now we know what that gift actually is. As shown on the official website and pictured below, you’ll be provided with a special Switch water bottle.

To get up for Hey! Pikmin’s launch in July, My Nintendo has updated with several new Pikmin-themed rewards in North America. These include a 3DS theme, discounts, plus Pikmin 3 DLC and digital guide for the Wii U game.

Select My Nintendo members are starting to receive a message in their inbox about an opportunity to take a survey. Upon completion, you’ll be awarded 30 Platinum Points. The survey will be around until September 6.

Just to reiterate, it’s not going out to everyone. It is being sent to members in both North America and Europe (thanks LordofGamez)

My Nintendo Europe has been updated with a few new rewards. Members now have access to a selection of goodies and discounts centered around Pikmin and Picross.

First up, below are the Pikmin rewards:

Pikmin Working Together (3DS theme) – 20 Gold Points
Pikmin Short Movies 3D (3DS) – 50 Gold Points
Pikmin Short Movies HD (Wii U) – 50 Gold Points

And discounts for a couple of Picross e games on 3DS:

Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia will be released in the West this week, and to celebrate that occasion, a new reward is available on My Nintendo in Europe. A Fire Emblem Echoes-themed wallpaper in various sizes for PCs and smartphones can be redeemed for 50 Platinum Points. The reward will be available until November 1st.

Three new My Nintendo rewards are now up for grabs in North America. All of them tie in to the recently-released Mario Kart 8 Deluxe.

For 50 Platinum Points each, you can nab a wallpaper or June calendar in eight different resolutions for PC, smart phone, or tablet. There’s also a Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Starter Guide from Prima for 10 Gold Points. The first two can be redeemed until June 2 while the guide will remain on the site until the start of October.

These rewards are located on My Nintendo under the smart device / PC category here.

My Nintendo added a few new Street Fighter discounts in North America a few days ago. Additionally, the site updated with a wallpaper for Ultra Street Fighter II: The Final Challengers.

The wallpaper requires 50 Platinum Points. You can use it with a PC, smartphone or tablet in eight different resolutions. My Nintendo will distribute the wallpaper until August 2.

The North American My Nintendo website updated today with three Street Fighter-centric discounts. All three take 40 percent off the original asking price.

On 3DS, the Super Street Fighter IV 3D Edition discount can be obtained for 60 Gold Points. Street Fighter Alpha 2 on New 3DS and Super Street Fighter II: The New Challengers on Wii U are 30 Gold Points each.

These discounts are available on My Nintendo until August 3.
