Natsume confirmed on Twitter that the fast-paced NES sidescroller Shadow of the Ninja will release on the US 3DS and Wii U Virtual Console in early 2015. Known in Europe as “Blue Shadow”, the game is already available on the Wii Virtual Console, but it’ll be nice to have it on the other two platforms. No, the in-game graphics don’t look anything like the box art pictured above.

Natsume Championship Wrestling is due out on the North American Wii U Virtual Console tomorrow, according to Nintendo’s website. The game is priced at $7.99. Look for it on the eShop at 12 PM ET / 9 AM PT.

According to a listing on the Wii U eShop, Alphadia Genesis is launching in North America this week. The official game page includes a November 20 release date – that would be this Thursday.

Natsume’s latest farming outing apparently won’t eat up too much of your 3DS’s memory, as today it was announced that Harvest Moon: The Lost Valley will only take up 635 blocks or around 80MB of system space. The game is due out today in North America and in 2015 in Europe.

Natsume isn’t done releasing games on the Virtual Console. In a new “State of the Farm” report, the company revealed that additional GBA games are in the works for Wii U. Specific titles were not mentioned.

Natsume said:

There’s still more to come with Lufia: The Legend Returns GBC arriving in the near future, and we’ve begun work on some GBA games for Wii U as well! We’re giving lots of notice on those, BUT we aren’t naming any specific titles yet. Expect to see them launch in about six months!
