Check out the latest events in Fire Emblem Heroes:

  • In this week’s Coliseum, active from Jan. 25, 11 PM PST to Feb. 1, 2:59 PM PST, take on Resonant and Allegiance Battles to earn rewards including Divine Codes (Part 1), Hero Feathers, and Trait Fruit!
  • Bonus titles for the next Resonant Battles season starting Feb. 1, 11 PM PT, are Fire Emblem: Three Houses and Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance. Use this time to prepare your best team!
  • Voting Gauntlet: Mercenary Matchups starts Jan. 28, 11 PM PT! Train up the Hero you wish to support to get ready for the event! There’s also a Voting Gauntlet Log-In Bonus from which you can receive up to 13 Orbs!
  • Just before the Voting Gauntlet: Mercenary Matchups event begins on Jan. 28, Heroes who are part of the event are available as part of a 5★ summoning focus! Your first summon in this event won’t cost any Orbs!

A new trailer has arrived from Artdink introducing the characters for A-Train Hajimaru Kankou Keikaku. With a release on March 12th looming closer in Japan, its still unknown whether we will see the title in the west. The city and railroad development sim will have support for multiple languages, including: English, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese. Check out the nearly 9-minute trailer here:

Check out the latest events in Dragalia Lost:

  • Maintenance concluded on Jan. 25, 8 PM PT. To thank you for your patience, we will be sending all players a gift of three Exquisite Honey and three Blessed Ethon Ashes.
  • Featured above is an illustration of Gala Chelle, who will appear in Gala Dragalia Remix! #DragaliaLost “Our party on the world stage begins!”

 

A new update for Dragalia Lost is available now. Players can download it directly from their respective app markets, or wait until the update is forced by the game later this evening. Check out the patch details in full after the break:

Inti Creates is the publisher for Cyber Shadow in Japan, and has released a wonderful art piece in celebration for today’s release. The game is available on the Japanese eShop now for 1,980 yen. In the west, Cyber Shadow has arrived via Yacht Club Games and is on sale for $14.99 — later to be $19.99 on the eShop.

  • The next Resplendent Hero, Ike: Brave Mercenary, is scheduled to become available Feb. 9, 11 PM PT.
  • Resplendent Hero Tiki: Dragon Scion is now available to Feh Pass subscribers. In addition, Feh Pass Quests have been updated. These quests are available until Feb. 9, 10:59 PM PT.
  • Hall of Forms is here! Clear a map once a day to earn rewards such as Orbs or Dragonflowers. You can earn Divine Codes (Ephemera 1) too! This event’s Forma:

    • Laegjarn: Sheathed Steel
    • Fjorm: Bride of Rime
    • Ylgr: Fresh Snowfall
    • Veronica: Spring Princess
  • Protect the Kingdom of Askr from Thórr’s advancing army in Mjölnir’s Strike! This time, the enemy army will be led by Navarre. It’s time for the Brace phase! Build structures and place allies on the map!

Update: Wonder Boy: Asha in Monster World will launch in the west sometime during Q2 2021. We have a new trailer below as well.


Original: Publisher ININ Games and developer Studio Artdink have announced that Wonder Boy: Asha in Monster World will be releasing this Spring in Japan. The April 22nd release date will see this remake of Monster World IV in the hands of waiting gamers as either a standard or “Special Pack” —  which includes a collector’s box, two art books (one 80 pages, one 40 pages), and a copy of the game. Digital editions will be available on the eShop the same day.

Here in the west, an “Early 2021” release window is still confirmed. We will update should an actual release date arrive soon.

Here’s the latest in news for Fire Emblem Heroes:

  • Heroes with Combat Boosts are featured as part of a 5-Star summoning focus! Heroes with Combat Boosts increase their stats during combat when they initiate it. Your first summon in this event won’t cost any Orbs!
  • Coliseum & Ordeals Quests are here. Clear conditions to earn rewards such as Orbs and Hero Feathers!

Arriving some time this year in 2021, Bakumatsu Renka Shinsengumi: Jinchuu Houkoku no Shi will be making its way to Nintendo Switch. With Japanese audio only, the game will also include English, Japanese, and Traditional Chinese text. While a physical edition will be out in Japan, players around the world will be able to get their hands on it via the Switch eShop. This release is an enhanced port of the original title for PlayStation 2, which released back in 2004, then again in 2008 on the Nintendo DS. Players will be able to enjoy new features, like high-resolution support, and system improvements for starters.

Summer Pockets will soon be seeing an upgrade this summer in Japan, bringing with it new content and updated systems. Players can enjoy additional routes for Umi Katou, Miki Nomura, and Shizuku Mizuori — as well as an all-new heroine Shiki Kamiyama. Players can also look forward to more everyday life scenes, and even more content with the upgrade. Per Famitsu, the physical edition will run 8,000 yen, while the upgrade itself via the Switch eShop will be 3,000 yen.
