The enhanced port for Shiren the Wanderer: The Tower of Fortune and the Dice of Fate now sees a release date of December 3, 2020 for Japan. English, Japanese, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese language options will all be supported, as announced by developer Spike Chunsoft. The physical edition will cost 3,980 yen, and the digital edition will cost 2,709 yen respectively. The physical edition will include both a 60-page booklet and outer box sleeve which can be seen in the featured image above. We will keep an eye out for a verified Western launch date, but until then you can read our previous coverage of this mystery dungeon port here.

Update: A release date for the West is confirmed to be December 2.

Mad Rat Dead

A second trailer has been released by Nippon Ichi Software for the side-scrolling rhythm action game Mad Rat Dead. The Rat God explains to Mad Rat how to navigate and use the game’s various systems. Mad Rat Dead releases on Switch on October 29 in Japan and October 30 in North America and Europe. Notably, a demo is available on the Japanese eShop for anyone with a Japanese account on their Switch.

While a release date for the Switch version is still MIA, other platforms will be seeing Genshin Impact on September 28. The official website from miHoYo has added new character descriptions and information regarding some of the people you’ll get to meet in Liyue Harbor and Mondstadt. There is an exceptional amount of information for Qiqi, as well as a trailer of the characters in action, which can be found at the bottom of this post. Players on the lookout for light-elemented adventurers and dragons will pleased to know that as of Sept. 2, 11 PM PT, two banners will go live in Dragalia Lost that can help fill in the gaps of any roster. The Light Focus summon showcase will allow players to use their hard-earned Wyrmite to pull for the featured units. The Platinum Showcase, as always will require the use of the purchased currency Diamantium, but will guarantee that any tenfold summon will feature a light-attuned 5★ adventurer. Sakuna: Of Rice and Ruin

Sakuna: Of Rice and Ruin arrives on Switch November 10 in North America, November 12 in Japan, and November 20 in Europe and Australia. An update has arrived to the Japanese official website with information on the game’s cooking and farm tool creation elements. Series artist Shinichirou Otsuka has drawn the key visual above exclusively for the game. Spike Chunsoft released the image today, featuring the main characters of the series, as well as a few that will be exclusive to the brand-new storyline that the game follows. The new story itself is fully supervised by the series author Tappei Nagatsuki, so players can expect a familiar touch to this tactical adventure game.

Square Enix has released their featured games along with a schedule for Tokyo Game Show 2020. TGS 2020 will be online this year, and runs September 24 to 27. Square Enix will be seeing a large amount of features this year, including several mobile titles and a heck of a lot of Dragon Quest. Switch titles like Collection of Saga: Final Fantasy Legend, Kingdom Hearts: Melody of Memory, and other Japan exclusive games will see the spotlight. Pokemon GO

Pokemon GO has received a minor update, bringing the version to 1.151.1 — while there are no big changes of note, there have been a few more bugs vanquished in the latest release. Full patch notes here:
