A new update is now live for Dragalia Lost. Version 1.23.1 addresses some unresolved issues, and you can download it right now, or wait for the automatic update that will occur around Sept. 10, 8 PM PT. Check out the full patch notes after the break:

A world that blends technology and folklore comes to life in Blind Fate: Edo no Yami, a ‘slash-and-blast action side-scroller’ coming to Switch from publisher 101XP and developer Troglobytes Games. You take on the role of Yami, a blind demon hunting cyber-samurai that tracks down and slays mysterious Youkai in a technologically twisted Edo period. Japanese folk tales meet robotics in this interesting mashup of history and technology. Currently there is no release date, but you can take a look at an overview of the game as well as the trailer as per Gematsu after the break:

The next Special Customer event has begun in Pokémon Café Mix. Players will be able to encounter Torterra until September 23rd 2020. To recruit it, you need to encounter it at least once during the event period and then continue to invite it until recruited. The 6th Special Café Challenge Card, featuring Torterra, will be available from September 16th to the 23rd, as well.

Starting Sep 8, 11 PM PT, get ready for some nostalgia with Mario (SNES) and Donkey Kong Jr. (SNES) in the Super Mario Kart Tour. Players can enjoy the past with these special 16-bit style racers that pay homage to the very first Mario Kart title on SNES. Check out the trailer below to see them in action:

With a surge in demand earlier this year, the Nintendo Switch has seen a boost in production to 25 million units, but now that’s said to increase even further. In no small part due to the success of Animal Crossing: New Horizons, Bloomberg states the following:

Square Enix and Taito will be bringing train operator simulation game Densha de GO!! Hashirou Yamanote Sen to the Nintendo Switch. The game releases on PS4 on December 3 in Japan for 7,800 yen, but no word on a date and price for the Switch version. The enhanced port for Shiren the Wanderer: The Tower of Fortune and the Dice of Fate now sees a release date of December 3, 2020 for Japan. English, Japanese, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese language options will all be supported, as announced by developer Spike Chunsoft. The physical edition will cost 3,980 yen, and the digital edition will cost 2,709 yen respectively. The physical edition will include both a 60-page booklet and outer box sleeve which can be seen in the featured image above. We will keep an eye out for a verified Western launch date, but until then you can read our previous coverage of this mystery dungeon port here.

Update: A release date for the West is confirmed to be December 2.

Mad Rat Dead

A second trailer has been released by Nippon Ichi Software for the side-scrolling rhythm action game Mad Rat Dead. The Rat God explains to Mad Rat how to navigate and use the game’s various systems. Mad Rat Dead releases on Switch on October 29 in Japan and October 30 in North America and Europe. Notably, a demo is available on the Japanese eShop for anyone with a Japanese account on their Switch.
