Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney Trilogy was developed with the RE Engine, the game’s producer has revealed.
Kenichi Hashimoto was speaking about challenges of the re-release in an interview with 4Gamer. RE Engine is Capcom’s proprietary engine, but the games were originally built with other technology. Capcom also hasn’t done much with the RE Engine when it comes to adventure games.
Rumor: LEGO Zelda Great Deku Tree set happening in 2024

If the latest rumors are to be believed, a LEGO Zelda Great Deku True set will be arriving later in 2024.
1414falconfan, an accurate leaker within the LEGO community, posted the news on social media today. It’s claimed that the set will release this September. 2,500 pieces will apparently be included.

Action RPG Knights of Braveland in the works for Switch

Ellada Games and Tortuga Team are putting Knights of Braveland on Switch, the two sides have announced. It’ll be ready to go on February 1, 2024.

January 11: Limited Run Games and today unveiled Rocket Knight Adventures: Re-Sparked, which brings back the classic Konami series on Switch with physical versions to boot. A release window hasn’t been shared just yet.
Rocket Knight Adventures: Re-Sparked includes the original game, Sparkster: Rocket Knight Adventures 2, and Sparkster. The package is powered by the Carbon Engine and features a new animated intro, rewind functionality, Boss Rush Mode, and Museum Mode.

Splatoon 3 will be temporarily closing its Mincemeat Metalworks early next week. This will begin on January 21 at 4 PM PT / 7 PM ET, lasting until January 23 at 6 PM PT / 9 PM ET.
Nintendo officially says that the downtime is “for inventory and on-site inspection.” However, the real reason should be that the stage is seeing some adjustments. The image above teases what’s to come for Mincemeat Metalworks.
