Today’s Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Direct will kick off in a couple of hours from now. The presentation begins at 7 AM PT / 10 AM ET / 3 PM in the UK / 4 PM in Europe. Director Masahiro Sakurai will be hosting the proceedings.
You can watch the Smash Bros. Ultimate Direct as it happens below. We’ll also have a live blog going past the break, which will be handled by our lovely video editor Eric. We’ll keep our coverage going after the presentation ends.

Claws of Furry launches September 4

Scribblenauts Mega Pack announced for Switch – Scribblenauts Unlimited and Scribblenauts Unmasked with new content

Scribblenauts Mega Pack is coming to Switch, Warner Bros. Interactive announced today. The package will feature two games previously released on Nintendo platforms: Scribblenauts Unlimited and Scribblenauts Unmasked: A DC Comics Adventure. Bonus content will be included.

Pocket Trap and Modus Games have provided a release date for the action game Ninjin: Clash of Carrots. The title, which features a humorous storyline in single-player plus local and online two-player co-op, arrives on September 4.

The World Ends with You: Final Remix is priced at $50

Yesterday, Nintendo announced the western release date for The World Ends with You: Final Remix. The Switch title launches in North America and Europe on October 12.
Following up on the news, retailers like GameStop have updated their listings. Rather than the original $60 price point, The World Ends with You: Final Remix is now listed at $50. Amazon and Best Buy are also showing the same price.
Most Switch games tend to cost $60. The World Ends with You: Final Remix won’t be receiving a massive discount, but it’ll be $10 lower than originally expected.

Pokemon: Let’s Go, Pikachu / Eevee confirms Mega Evolutions

This month’s CoroCoro has started to leak, and has provided substantial information about Pokemon: Let’s Go, Pikachu / Eevee.
The big takeaway is that Mega Evolutions are officially in the game. Players can activate the feature when they have the Key Stone and the Pokemon’s associated Mega Stone.
