Banjo-Tooie Nintendo Switch Online

Banjo-Tooie is set to appear on the Nintendo Switch Online service, it’s just been announced. Those at the Expansion Pack tier can get it starting on October 25, 2024.

Banjo-Tooie is the follow-up to Banjo-Kazooie, which is already available on Switch. Just like the original, Rare developed the 3D platformer.

Miyamoto Switch

Miyamoto is coming to Switch next month. And no, it’s not the thing that you’re probably thinking about.

This post is about the game Miyamoto, not the person. Obviously the title makes things confusing given that most people associate the name with Shigeru Miyamoto, the creator of Mario, The Legend of Zelda, and other franchises.

The Alchemist of Ars Magna

Cosen is teaming up with Ninetail on a new Switch version of The Alchemist of Ars Magna, it’s been revealed. The game heads to Nintendo’s console on November 7, 2024.

The Alchemist of Ars Magna is an alchemy academy RPG. As players experience adventure and dungeon RPG elements, they’ll ultimately take on a cataclysmic event that threatens to destroy the world.

Mouse: P.I. for Hire

Publisher PlaySide and developer Fumi Games confirmed today that they’re working on Mouse: P.I. for Hire for Switch. The game is set to debut in 2025.

Mouse: P.I. for Hire is a jazz-fueled first-person shooter. As showcased in the screenshot above, it features a visual style inspired by black and white, classic cartoons.

Dragon Ball Z Kakarot Daima - Adventure Through The Demon Realm DLC

Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot is getting even more DLC, and Daima – Adventure Through The Demon Realm DLC has been revealed. This comes in celebration of the new anime that recently started.

As of now Bandai Namco is keeping quiet on the details. However, it looks like there’ll be at least two parts to the DLC. It also looks like players will be able to explore the new Demon Realm.

Pokemon X Y cut content

As park of this week’s Game Freak hack / leak, fans have uncovered a bunch of cut content for Pokemon X and Y.

Developers always consider various ideas while making games. It turns out that Game Freak had various potential plans in mind, but ultimately scrapped a number of different things – including a fairly extensive racing minigame with Rhyhorn intended to invoke the feeling of Mario Kart.

Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 Goku Mini

Goku (Mini) is joining the Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 roster as a playable character, Bandai Namco has revealed.

The character will be offered as part of the Future Saga 2 DLC. Bandai Namco says it’s planning a free trial campaign for a limited period. With Goku (Mini), players can use the Power Pole and go on a rampage. He’ll also have new equippable skills.

Heretic's Fork

Heretic’s Fork has been announced for imminent release on Switch. The game is slated for November 14, publisher Ravenage and developer 9FingerGames revealed today.

Heretic’s Fork is a tower defense deckbuilder that takes place in the depths of hell. Players will act as the hell’s manager as they construct infernal towers, summon demonic forces, and punish sinners in a bid to maintain order in the underworld.

Super Nintendo World opening date Orlando

Universal Epic Universe has announced its opening date, and as part of that, we now know when Super Nintendo World at the Universal Orlando Resort will be available. Fans will be able to stop by beginning May 25, 2024.

Universal Epic Universe isn’t just about Super Nintendo World as there are five worlds to visit in total. The area will also feature Celestial Park, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Ministry of Magic, How to Train Your Dragon – Isle of Berk, and Dark Universe. Universal Helios Grand Hotel, a Loews Hotel comprised of a 500-room property, will also offer one-of-a-kind views of the park and feature its very own dedicated entrance into Epic Universe for hotel guests.
