Square Enix celebrates Bravely Second’s third anniversary with special art

Three years have passed since Bravely Second: End Layer originally debuted in Japan. To celebrate, Square Enix shared some special art this week, which we have above.
According to the official Bravely Twitter account, Tomoya Asano’s team was promoted to Square Enix’s 11th Business Division this month. In the future, they intend to work even harder to provide content that lives up to everyone’s expectations.

More tidbits have emerged from the Q&A portion of Nintendo’s financial results briefing. Dualshockers provides a translation about what company executives Tatsumi Kimishima and Shuntaro Furukawa said on the mobile front. The two confirmed that Nintendo’s relationship with DeNA will continue, opened up on how the partnership with Cygames came to be, and more.

Mighty Gunvolt Burst received its 1.4 update this week. Though it added Tenzou as a new DLC character, there was actually more to the update than just that.

New Dream Friends leaked for Kirby Star Allies through datamining

Shortly after launch, Nintendo and HAL Laboratory added new Dream Friends to Kirby Star Allies with an update. Marx, Gooey, and character set “Rick & Kine & Coo” all joined the game.
As we know, these aren’t the only new Dream Friends planned for Kirby Star Allies. Nintendo promised that additional ones would be added in the future. Thanks to some datamining, we now know who they are.

Images of upcoming Super Mario Odyssey costumes seemingly leaked

After Nintendo issued Super Mario Odyssey version 1.2.0, dataminers uncovered upcoming costumes for the game. A few of these have been added thus far, including the Satellaview Helmet and Satellaview Suit, Batting Helmet and Baseball Uniform, and Topper Hat and Topper Suit.
Last night, images leaked of what looks like the rest of the costumes Nintendo will be bringing out in the future following a new datamine. If you’re interested in getting a closer look, continue on below.

It’s unclear how it happened (other than what was probably just a happy circumstance), but Niantic CEO John Hanke ended up on a flight with Pokemon GO player Doctor PoGo. The two ended up sitting next to each other and Hanke dished on the mobile game’s future.

Splatoon 2 adds Grizzco Charger in Salmon Run

In Splatoon 2, the Grizzco Blaster was added in for Salmon Run a few hours ago. The weapon only appears during the event’s wildcard rotations, so it’s not available at all times.

Kirby Star Allies dev explains World Map changes and allowing for free movement

Kirby Star Allies made a pretty significant change to the World Map. In previous games, a board-style map was employed. This time, however, you can freely move around and you’re not on rails.
