Noriyoshi Fujimoto was present at PAX this past weekend for a special developer panel. Additionally, he was on hand to answer a few questions from the press. GameXplain spoke with Fujimoto, and the two sides talked about how the remake came to be, the game’s length, changes from the original, and more. Watch the interview below.
Gear Gauntlet file size

In Europe, Gear Gauntlet is launching on the Wii U eShop next Thursday. We now know that the download clocks in at 408MB. A 125MB update will also be available.

Puzzle & Dragons X receives second wave of Monster Hunter Stories collaboration content

Another round of Monster Hunter Stories collaboration content is now available in Puzzle & Dragons X. It’s now possible to take on Zinogre, Barroth, and Lagiacrus, with each one providing unique Soul Armor that can be crafted.
The collaboration period ends on September 14. Players can also access the first wave of Monster Hunter Stories content again featuring Rathalos and Nargacuga until the same day.

Kirby: Planet Robobot director on choosing copy abilities, characters, difficulty, and more

The third “Kirby: Planet Robobot Ask-a-thon” was hosted on Miiverse earlier today. Once again, director Shinya Kumazaki fielded questions from fans. Kumazaki talked about topics such as copy abilities, characters, difficulty, and more.

Bethesda again talks about staying in touch with Nintendo and possible NX support

Bethesda vice president Pete Hines was recently asked about NX and whether the publisher would support Nintendo’s next platform. During the interview, Hines mentioned that Bethesda is talking with Nintendo “all the time”, and having games on the new system is something that would be considered.
Metro now has even more in-depth remarks from Hines. The publication asked him to speak about how Bethesda stays in touch with Nintendo, and further asked about potential NX support.

Grand Prix Rock ‘N Racing hitting the Wii U eShop next week

Next week, Grand Prix Rock ‘N Racing from EnjoyUp Games will be coming to the Wii U eShop. North America and Europe will have it on September 15 for $7.99 / €7.99.
Grand Prix Rock ‘N Racing gives provides “the fastest, most exciting races.” Players can evolve their car as well as improve the engine, brakes, tires and more. With online leaderboards, you can compare completion times with friends and others around the world. You can race with ten opponents, and 4-player multiplayer is supported.
