Rack N Ruin getting a physical release on Switch

Premium Edition Games is preparing a physical release for Rack N Ruin on Switch, the company has announced.
The title originally debuted in February 2020. Up until now though, it has only been sold as a digital download on the Switch eShop. This marks for the first time it will be offered physically.
Here Comes Niko! release date set for September on Switch

Here Comes Niko! was announced for Switch at the end of December, but wasn’t given a release date. However, Gears for Breakfast and Frog Vibes have now confirmed that it will be available on September 1, 2022.
Here Comes Niko! has been on PC for a full year. The Switch version should contain changes that were implemented in a patch since then.
Fight Crab Switch physical release happening in the west with “Shella’ Awesome Edition”

Fight Crab had a physical release on Switch in Asia, but not in other regions. The good news is that this will be changing soon.
Mastiff, the publisher for Fight Crab in North America and Europe, is now planning a “Shella’ Awesome Edition” for the west. Copies include a copy of the game on the cartridge, a sticker sheet, digital download for the original soundtrack, 11×17” original Ukiyo-e style art print, and dual-sided coversheet print.

Shovel Knight Nendoroid out in February 2023, new photos, pre-orders open

The previously-announced Shovel Knight Nendoroid now has a release window plus new photos, and pre-orders have opened.
The figure comes complete with a selection of optional parts including his well-known shovel, a powerful attack effect for combat scenes, and a treasure chest that can be opened and closed. Its height is roughly 100mm and POLY-TOYS is handling the sculpting. Since the figure doesn’t balance on its own, you’re advised to use the included stand.

Steve and Alex Minecraft amiibo for Smash Bros. Ultimate now releasing in September

Original (7/28): Nintendo has set a new release date for the Steve and Minecraft amiibo as part of the Super Smash Bros. Ultimate line. Both figures are slated for September 9, the company announced today.
The Steve and Alex amiibo were originally planned for this past spring. However, Nintendo pushed back their release to later in 2022 in February. A reason for the delay was not provided at the time.

Cult of the Lamb trailer highlights combat, exploration, and the Four Bishops

Devolver Digital and Massive Monster issued another trailer for Cult of the Lamb that covers the game’s combat, exploration, and Four Bishops.
Players will explore a randomly generated world, come across different weapons like a sword, axe, and dagger, and use tarot cards that grant abilities. It’s also possible to bring home resources and followers to grow your community. Eventually you’ll take on the Four Bishops: Leshy, Heket, Kalamar, and Shamura.

Mario Kart 8 Deluxe update out now (version 2.1.0), patch notes

Nintendo just released a new 2.1.0 update for Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, and the full patch notes are available.
It goes without saying, but the main highlight is support for the second round of Booster Course Pass DLC tracks. However, there are some changes and adjustments as well. For example, the amount of ghosts you can download has doubled to 32, the time it takes for item boxes to regenerate has been shortened further, and more.
