Sandbox sim Pao Pao coming soon to Nintendo Switch

Dreland Enterprises and ArtDock have announced that their new game Pao Pao will be heading to Nintendo Switch soon. We don’t have a date yet, but it’s targeting a November launch.
Pao Pao, a sandbox sim, has players managing a restaurant with up to four players. Managing your restaurant is a core mechanic, but you can also explore the world and meet NPCs, play mini-games, and more.

The latest Nintendo Switch 2 eShop charts for the week of October 4, 2025 are now available.
It won’t come as much of a surprise, but Super Mario Galaxy + Super Mario Galaxy 2 is #1 in its first week. Right behind it is Super Mario Galaxy 2, with Super Mario Galaxy at #6. The sequel is likely more popular given the previous Super Mario 3D All-Stars release for Galaxy 1.

The developers behind Everybody’s Golf Hot Shots have spoken about the decision to bring back the franchise.
This was a milestone release for a couple of reasons. First, it’s been several years since the franchise has seen a new entry – and even longer if you don’t count the 2019 VR game. Additionally, this is the first time that Everybody’s Golf has gone multiplatform, meaning it’s on a Nintendo system for the first time.
When asked by Japanese magazine Famitsu how Bandai Namco ended up working on Everybody’s Golf, which was originally a PlayStation-published series, producer Tomokazu Fukazawa said:

Space Chef now has its release date on Nintendo Switch. The game is slated for October 28, 2025, publisher Kwalee and developer BlueGooGames confirmed today.
Space Chef, a cooking adventure title, was revealed back in 2022. Fans helped bring the project to life via crowdfunding.

New details on how DLSS works on Nintendo Switch 2

Digital Foundry has conducted a deep dive on the DLSS functionality for Nintendo Switch 2, uncovering new details.
For those that are unaware, DLSS essentially allows games to achieve higher resolution that wouldn’t normally be possible. For example, Street Fighter 6 runs at a fixed native 960×540 resolution when docked, but can ultimately output at 1080p.
