Hello! Quick but important public service announcement about emails.
Unfortunately, within the past couple of weeks, our system experienced some major issues. That meant a number of emails were delivered to us late or not at all. Making matters worse, the issue impacted messages that we were sending out and replying to as well.
Nintendo maintenance schedule as of September 30, 2018

Nintendo has started to populate its maintenance schedule for the coming week. Thus far, one session is planned for Switch specifically.
The current schedule is as follows:
– 5:50 PM PT (October 1) – 7:30 PM PT (October 1)
– 8:50 PM ET (October 1) – 10:30 PM ET (October 1)
– 1:50 AM in the UK (October 2) – 3:30 AM in the UK (October 2)
– 2:50 AM in Europe (October 2) – 4:30 AM in Europe (October 2)

The Walking Dead: The Final Season now pulled from the Switch eShop

Earlier this week, Telltale began to pull The Walking Dead: The Final Season from digital storefronts. The same can now be said of Switch as well. Just like other platforms, The Walking Dead: The Final Season is no longer available to purchase on the eShop. Anyone who visits the listing will see the message: “Not Available for Purchase”.
Telltale has said in a statement that The Final Season is being temporarily removed as it looks into how it can hand off the remaining two episodes to another company. According to Telltale, “The outcome of those efforts will determine when and how The Final Season returns to stores.”

Hot Gimmick Cosplay-jong coming west on Switch next week

This past summer, Zerodiv released the mahjong arcade game Hot Gimmick Cosplay-jong on Switch in Japan. The eShop now shows plans for a western release. In both North America and Europe, we’ll be seeing it on October 4.
