3DS eShop

Petite Games’ eShop efforts have only focused on Wii U, but the indie developer is about ready to release something new on 3DS. Hit Ninja will be available in North America on December 22.

Petite Games wrote on Twitter yesterday:

Although Hit Ninja is without a European release date, it’s coming to PAL regions early in 2017.

Update: Added in Sunday’s updates.

Nintendo Badge Arcade has been receiving daily updates since heading to the 3DS eShop. Because it’s continually updated with content, we’re rounding up all of the additions and changes in a weekly post.

Here’s what’s on tap for the week of December 5:

December 5

– 18 Super Mario Maker panels
– 6 Mega Man panels (2 with 1 day left, 2 with 2 days left)
– 6 Mario character panels (2 with 1 day left)
– Super Mario holiday theme offer until 12/29
– 1 free play

Localization is underway on Brave Dungeon, the newest 3DS eShop game from Inside System. A video has been prepared (see below) showing a work-in-progress translation. Circle Entertainment will likely be publishing the game in North America and Europe sometime in 2017.

It’s been well over a year since the last Picross e game graced the western eShop. Next week, Jupiter is fixing that with Picross e7. It’s set for launch on December 15 in North America, an eShop listing reveals.

Picross e7 contains a number of features, such as the new Mark function that allows players to leave indicators on squares they are unsure about without risking a penalty. It’s also possible to switch input modes by simply pressing the Circle Pad or d-pad once. Finally, it’s the first game with 20×15-size Mega Picross puzzles.

Picross will cost $5.99 upon release. While we don’t have any news for Europe yet, it wouldn’t be surprising if Jupiter had something to share soon.

Mercenaries Saga 3 is planned for a Thursday release on the North American 3DS eShop next week, and Circle Entertainment is getting ready with a new video. Watch an introduction trailer below.

Several new games out came out this week on the Wii U and 3DS eShops. If you’re interested in checking out what’s new in screenshot form, take a look at the gallery below.

Moragami has prepared the trailer trailer for Inchvilles, its new 3D-printed toys-to-life game for 3DS (and potentially Switch as well). You can view it below.

The trailer provides a look at gameplay and also reveals pricing for figures. They’ll be $13.99 / £11 / €13 each, with international shipping costing set at $9.99.
