The Persona series is known for its strong music, so it makes sense that Atlus will be offering a soundtrack for Persona Q2: New Cinema Labyrinth. The game comes out on November 29, but the soundtrack will follow a bit later. Atlus has it down for December 19.

There are a total of 94 tracks, spread out across 3 CDs. Fans will also be treated to a booklet with commentary.

The Persona Q2 soundtrack costs 4,212 yen.

Sometimes when a game is ported to a new system, the original developer isn’t involved. That won’t be the case with Kirby’s Extra Epic Yarn, however.

A classification in Australia shows that Good Feel, who originally created Kirby’s Extra Yarn, will be working directly on the new 3DS version. Usually if another studio such as Grezzo is working on the project, they’d be listed in the rating. But that’s not the case for the Kirby’s Extra Epic Yarn listing in Australia.

Kirby’s Extra Epic Yarn launches in 2019. It’ll have new features, including “the ability to craft bigger yarn balls, summon bead-collecting wind and play two new modes featuring familiar faces King Dedede and Meta Knight.”

Thanks to Jake for the tip.

Atlus has published the next character trailer for Persona Q2. This one focuses on Fuuka Yamagishi from Persona 3:

The September 2018 NPD report might have been mostly quiet in terms of Nintendo news, but one related nugget of information has emerged. Through 2018 so far, Nintendo is actually the best-selling publisher of the year when it comes to software.

The bulk of Nintendo’s sales may very well come during the holiday season. The company is saving a couple of big guns for the holiday in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate and Pokemon: Let’s Go, Pikachu / Eevee. Various Switch bundles are also planned, which should provide a nice hardware boost.
