Koumajou Remilia: Scarlet Symphony releases today on Switch eShop, and publisher CFK have dropped a launch trailer to celebrate.

In case you missed our previous coverage, you can check out an overview of the game as well as the trailer below:

Publishers Phoenixx and Gotcha Gotcha Games and developer Hikotel have announced that Kokoro Clover Season 1 will be making its way to the Switch eShop in Japan. The game is set to land on the system next week, on August 4, and will also feature full English language support.

Kokoro Clover is a 2D platformer heavily inspired by Sunday morning Japanese anime shows. The game’s story is structured like said shows, taking place over 12 “episodes” that have you take the role of Spirit Summoner Treffy, a young girl who accidentally finds the magical Kokoro Clover and attempts to uncover its secrets. Beyond the story mode, the game also possesses an adventure mode, boss rush mode, and mini-game modes, along with a slew of unlockables to obtain as you play through the game.

Ahead of its full release tomorrow, Xenoblade Chronicles 3 has received a customary day one update, and we have some patch notes for it. This update seems fairly minor all things considered; it’s enabling Expansion Pass functionality, adding a new menu shortcut, and fixing a few smaller issues to make for a more comfortable experience.

Here are the full patch notes below.

Cuphead update 1.3.3

Studio MDHR has put out a new update for Cuphead, with the game moving up to version 1.3.3.

Unsurprisingly, the patch is mainly targeted at the recently-released The Delicious Last Course DLC. A bunch of fixes are included here, along with some adjustments.

Fuga: Melodies of Steel 2 teaser trailer

CyberConnect2 has issued the first teaser trailer for Fuga: Melodies of Steel 2, its sequel to the tactial RPG. It provides a first look as to what can be expected from the game.

Here’s an official overview with a bit of additional information:

catan no online multiplayer

Starting next week, online multiplayer functionality will no longer be accessible in the Switch version of Catan.

The situation is unfortunately a bit out of Asmodee Digital’s control. The sole reason why the feature is going away comes down to GameSparks having its servers shut down. Catan’s online is based around GameSparks, which is an external service provided by Amazon.

Azure Striker Gunvolt 3 review

System: Switch
Release Date: July 28, 2022
Developer: Inti Creates
Publisher: Inti Creates

It’s hard to believe it’s been almost ten years since Azure Striker Gunvolt debuted on 3DS, having spawned sequels and spinoffs since then. All of these games expanded the universe and repertoire of Inti Creates’ expertise in 2D platforming that rightfully feels like a modern spiritual successor and take on the Mega Man formula. Now with Azure Striker Gunvolt 3, the studio has bumped production up tenfold and created arguably the best in the series yet, with tons of optimization, upgrades, and options to make it the most approachable and enjoyable game so far.

Toy Soldiers HD delayed 2022

We’ve previously gone over the many delays Toy Soldiers HD has experienced since the game was first made known a couple of years ago. Initially, it was on track to launch in Spring 2020, but was delayed to 2021. Then when it was planned for last August, the game was moved back to September 9. After being given a new September 30 date, Accelerate Games delayed the Switch version indefinitely.

Toy Soldiers HD received a new August release date on Switch earlier this month and we were hoping that would be the end of the delays. Unfortunately though, it’s been pushed back once again.

Accelerate Games said in a statement:
