Ranking the Paper Mario games, from best to worst

When it comes to game rankings, the Paper Mario series has always been rather defined in terms of which games are “good” and “bad”. There are three main eras of Paper Mario games: the first three games (64, The Thousand-Year Door, and Super), the Wii U and Nintendo 3DS titles (Sticker Star and Color Splash), and whichever era we’re in now (The Thousand-Year Door Nintendo Switch version). Given the amount of love and care that was put into The Thousand-Year Door remaster and how positively it was received both after its announcement and after its release, we think the future of the Paper Mario series is bright. And while we wait patiently for the next new game in the series, we’ve ranked all six Paper Mario games from worst to best. Do keep in mind that this is a subjective list, however, and we’d love to hear your thoughts and rankings for the Paper Mario games down below.

Why we think Mario Kart World isn’t hiding unrevealed content

Ever since its official reveal at the big Nintendo Switch 2 Direct, Mario Kart World has been met with a mostly positive reception. That’s regarding the game itself, by the way – not so much the $80 price tag. With all that said, some players are wondering if Mario Kart World has hidden characters or tracks that weren’t revealed in any of the pre-release material. While we don’t exactly believe that’s the case, we’re absolutely open to being proved wrong. The more content, the better! Here’s why we think Nintendo has shown most of Mario Kart World’s content (hypothetical updates and DLC aside).

Mortal Kombat 1 officially not getting any further DLC, statement shared

In a statement on social media, it was confirmed that Mortal Kombat 1 will be be receiving any further DLC. This applies to both new characters and story content.
Earlier in the month, Warner Bros. released Mortal Kombat 1: Definitive Edition. This version essentially bundles together everything that’s released thus far. The main game, story expansion, and various DLC characters are included. Some took that as a sign that Warner Bros. was ending support, which is largely true.
Atelier Yumia 1.2.0 update adds “Charisma” difficulty and building expansion, patch notes

Atelier Yumia: The Alchemist of Memories & the Envisioned Land just received a new version 1.2.0 update, which is highlighted by a new “Charisma” difficulty and building expansion.
Charisma is the toughest challenge for players yet. When playing in that mode, enemy stats will be increased and supporting allies’ HP will slowly decrease when in combat within the manabound area.
New building materials are now available, including new Feature Modules such as the “Energy Sphere”, which allows players to restore their energy and the “Projector” that allows players to create shadows of previously defeated monsters. There’s also a new architectural style and matching furniture based on Ryza’s hometown, Kurken Island, from Atelier Ryza.

The 7 Star Garchomp Tera Raid Battle event for Pokemon Scarlet and Violet is live now, and we’ve written a guide full of potential checks and counters. The event goes from now until May 25, and then returns for a second run from May 30 to June 1. This Garchomp is Tera Ground, which bolsters the strength of its Earthquake attacks. It also leaves it weak to Water, Grass, and Ice-type moves.

April 2: As shared by SEGA, Yakuza 0 Director’s Cut is on the way to Nintendo Switch 2. It will be sold as an exclusive to the system.

Fantasy Life i: The Girl Who Steals Time, which has somewhat unexpectedly turned into a big hit for Level-5 in its first week, is already confirmed to be getting free DLC.
That news was shared on the game’s official website. For the most part, Level-5 is keeping quite on the details. However, the company says that the game’s free DLC will entail new recipes as well as expanded content under the title “Update the World”.

\It’s been a few months since Dragon Quest 3 HD-2D Remake launched, but Square Enix just issued a brand new version 1.1.0.0 update for the game.
This is a fairly sizable patch involving traversal, vocations, battles, and more. The game has seen some improvements, small additions, balance adjustments, and fixes.
