Original (8/17): We have a final release date for While the Iron’s Hot. It will be available for Switch on November 9, publisher Humble Games and developer Bontemps Games confirmed today.

While the Iron’s Hot was first made known for Switch this past June. Originally, we were given a 2023 release window.

Hogwarts Legacy frame rate resolution

We’ve got the official launch trailer for The Last Faith. After it saw a slight delay, the game launched this week on various platforms – including Switch.

Trine 5 A Clockwork Conspiracy update 1.0.4

A new version 1.0.4 update has been made available for Trine 5: A Clockwork Conspiracy.

A big feature is now available in the form of cross-play between Switch, PC, Xbox One and Series. An invite feature is included as well, though that’s limited to specific platforms. Elsewhere various adjustments and fixes have been implemented.

mario kart 8 deluxe unlockables

To celebrate the recent launch of the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe DLC, we’ve put together a big list of all the unlockables it has to offer (which isn’t very many, but still). The game just wrapped up its Booster Course Pass, which brings its ten-year lifespan to a close… maybe. Despite its age, the title is still selling boatloads of copies, which means new players are discovering the game every day. 

Sonic Frontiers received a few free updates, ending with The Final Horizon in September. It’s thanks to the fans that the game received as much post-launch content as it did.

In an interview with Famitsu, director Morio Kishimoto and producer Sachiko Kawamura spoke about how plans were expanded following strong sales and positive player feedback. You can read our translation about that below.

Trombone Champ update 1.24A

The next update for Trombone Champ is here on Switch, and version 1.24A is now accessible.

“Night on Bald Mountain” and “Arirang” have been added as brand new tracks. Players can also access new control options and Korean language support. That’s along with some improvements and a bug fix.
