Fortnite

Fortnite received a fairly substantial update yesterday. Epic Games isn’t finished, as they’ve quickly followed up with another patch.

Players can get their hands on version 5.30.1. Epic says that it addresses controller acceleration and sprint weapon swapping issues, in addition to crashes.

Super Dungeon Tactics

Underbite Games will release Super Dungeon Tactics on Switch next month. According to a listing on Nintendo’s website, we can expect to see the turn-based game on September 13.

Wargroove

Ever since it was first revealed, Wargroove has been one of the most anticipated indie games on Nintendo Switch. However, development has been taking longer than expected and the latest official word on a release date is “second half of 2018”. Today, developer Chucklefish’s CEO Finn Brice provided a small update on the game’s development on Twitter:

Bandai Namco has announced that its cutesy cat game Neko Tomo will launch on November 1st in Japan both on Nintendo Switch and Nintendo 3DS. Here’s a new trailer:

GungHo Online Entertainment has announced its lineup for Tokyo Game Show 2018, which will take place next month. For Nintendo platforms, the game to look out for will be Ninjala, the multiplayer-focused action game on Nintendo Switch. Also part of their lineup is Yo-kai Watch World for smartphones.

A new event in Fire Emblem Heroes gives you the opportunity to “gain friendship through battle and grow closer to Heroes!” Here are some details:

Until 8/31/18 at 1:59 a.m., you can earn 2 Orbs the first time you clear a map in Forging Bonds (once per day), and you can alsoc receive rewards, such as accessories, Hero Feathers, and Divine Dew by increasing your friendship with the Heroes!
