The rogue lite platformer ScourgeBringer has a week to go until its launch on Switch. But fans can try out the game early thanks to a new demo, which is arriving on the eShop today.

Dear Villagers and Flying Oak Games have also prepared a new gameplay trailer for ScourgeBringer. Get a look at the video below.

Arcade Archives Super Cobra

Arcade Archives Super Cobra is releasing on Switch this week, Hamster has announced. The classic title will launch worldwide on October 15.

Super Cobra, which was created by Konami, debuted in 1981. The side-scrolling shooter has players navigating a helicopter across eleven different areas.

Pricing for Arcade Archives Super Cobra is set at $7.99 / €6.99 / £6.29.

Eastasiasoft and Proud Dinosaurs today announced that Macrotis: A Mother’s Journey, a 2.5D puzzle-platformer, is on the way to Switch. However, a release window has not yet been shared.

Nintendo has announced the next Special Battle for Super Mario Bros. 35. Courses are the focus here, and stages between 3-1 and 4-4 will be featured.

The new Special Battle event goes live on October 16. It’ll be live until October 19.

The Elder Scrolls: Blades

Bethesda has introduced a major 1.9.0 patch for The Elder Scrolls: Blades. The update includes a Quest Menu in place of the Quest Map, new event quests, the Dark Seducers, seasons, improvements, and bug fixes.

If Found...

If Found…, “a narrative-driven game about going home, coming out, and erasing everything” is coming to Switch. Annapurna Interactive and Dreamfeel shared the news today.

For the Switch release, there will be enhanced accessibility options, a touch screen option in handheld mode, never before seen artwork from illustrator Liadh Young, extended narrative sequences, a bonus chapter, and multiple interactive epilogues to discover the futures of every unique character. Dreamfeel also partnered with Irish and Sierra Leonean musician Loah and composer 2mello to produce a new song for the game, with lyrics from If Found… director and co-writer Llaura McGee.
