Orangeblood

Orangeblood, a 2D sprite-based RPG, lands on Switch this week. Find some early footage in the video below.

Pecaminosa

When we last heard about Pecaminosa, the police action RPG managed to reach its Kickstarter funding goal. A Switch version was also secured in the process.

We now have a new report from Badland Publishing, as the company is teaming up with developer Cereal Games to help bring Pecaminosa to Switch and other platforms. We also have an updated release window of Q1 2021, so it’s now making it out this year.

Here’s some information about Pecaminosa as well as a trailer:

Update (9/29): Green Hell is now confirmed for release on October 8.


Original (9/25): It’s been revealed that Forever Entertainment has picked up Creepy Jar’s 2019 title Green Hell for publishing on Switch. The open world survival simulator will be released on Nintendo’s console, though a release window has not yet been shared.

Cake Bash

As reported yesterday, the party game Cake Bash received a new demo on the Switch eShop. Have a look at some footage below.

10 Second Ninja X

Thalamus Digital has announced that it has teamed up with Four Circle Interactive to bring the fast-paced platformer 10 Second Ninja X to Switch. A release date hasn’t been announced, but the game has been said to be “coming soon”.

Allods Team and MY.GAMES have announced that their free-to-play MMO Skyforge is coming to Switch. Check out an overview and the original announcement trailer below.

Hades

Supergiant Games has confirmed that it has issued a new update for Hades on Switch. The patch “addresses a rare issue reported by some players where save data was not loading properly, plus several other minor fixes and improvements.”

We also have a bit of news regarding a more substantial update for Hades. You may recall that Supergiant decided to implement cross-save functionality later on so that the game’s launch wouldn’t be delayed. Fortunately, it seems that it’s not too far off, as the studio now says that the feature should be ready “sometime in October.”

Hades is available now for Switch via the eShop.

Rivals of Aether

It didn’t take long for Rivals of Aether to receive its first update on Switch. The fighting game, which came out at the tail of last week, has been updated to version 2.0.2.

The new update is intended to help improve connections under 100 ping. Here’s the news straight from creator Dan Fornace:
