De-Exit: Eternal Matters story

Publisher HandyGames and developer SandBloom Studio provided an update on De-Exit: Eternal Matters today and also shared a new story trailer.

The title is now confirmed to be launching this spring. We previously reported on the project in October, but a release window wasn’t shared at the time.

Midnight is Lost

Publisher QUByte Interactive, in partnership with developer Robotizar Games, today announced plans to release Midnight is Lost on Switch next week. The launch has been penciled in for February 23, 2023.

Midnight is Lost is a puzzle game with Sokoban challenges in which puzzles need to be solved backwards. More information can be found in the following overview:

Zapling Bygone

Publisher JanduSoft, along with developer 9FingerGames, has announced the Metroidvania game Zapling Bygone for Switch. It will be available on March 9, 2023.

The main hook of the title is that players take down enemies and steal their abilities by wearing their skulls and absorbing their consciousness into your hive-mind. Further information can be found below.

Path of Titans update

Alderon Games has issued a major update for Path of Titansits dinosaur survival MMO.

There’s a lot here, but we’ll point out some of the highlights. Three dinosaur meshes, subspecies, and animations for Ceratosaurus, Concavenator, and Metriacanthosaurus have been updated. Also included are combat updates, optimizations, and bug fixes.

Elderand trailer

Graffiti Games and Mantra have readied a launch trailer for Elderand. The video shows off the gruesome action platformer with RPG elements, which just released on Switch.

Caverns of Mars Recharged

Original (1/25): Atari is continuing on with its Recharged series of classic games, and has now unveiled Caverns of Mars: Recharged. This one will be on Switch starting March 9, 2023.

Caverns of Mars is a vertical shooter that was originally made for the Atari 8-bit family of home computers. The Recharged version has new content and features like updated visuals and leaderboards.

The Settlers: New Allies release date

Ubisoft today announced a final release date for the Switch version of The Settlers: New Allies, the latest installment of the build-up real-time strategy game series. It’s slated for March 23, 2023.

The Settlers is coming to consoles for the first time with adapted controls. Support is included for cross-play and shared progression across all available platforms.

Remorse: The List release date

Feardemic has come through with a final release date for Remorse: The List on Switch. You won’t need to wait much longer for it, as it’s been dated for February 23, 2023.

Remorse: The List is a survival horror game that first launched last year. Additional information can be found in the eShop description below.

Mayhem in Single Valley

The puzzle-loaded action adventure game Mayhem in Single Valley will be seeing release on Switch next month, publisher tinyBuild and developer Fluxscopic announced today. The game is scheduled to launch on March 2, 2023.

Mayhem in Single Valley has players taking on the role of Jack, who goes on a mission to save his neighbors and local wildlife after they’re transformed into mindless zombies. The game involves searching locations for answers, solving puzzles, and scavenging for loot.

Mari & Bayu The Road Home

Mari & Bayu: The Road Home has been announced for Switch, and a release date has already been confirmed. Publisher PID Games and developer Skinny Bandit Studios will be bringing it to Switch on March 9, 2023.

Mari & Bayu: The Road Home is officially described as a “cooperative 2D ant-venture”. It first appeared on PC last year, but this is the first time we’re hearing about a Switch version.
