Nintendo has just started up a big Big Ol’ Super Sale on the Switch eShop. Fans can save on first-party and third-party titles alike, including Super Mario Odyssey, Zelda: Link’s Awakening, Persona 5 Strikers, Castlevania Advance Collection, and much more.

The Gallery gets first trailer, new release date

Aviary Studios has set a release date and put out the first proper trailer for The Gallery, its upcoming FMV/live action game and interactive film hybrid for Switch.
The Gallery, a combination of hostage thriller and social drama with a dash of world film festival cinema aesthetic, is written and directed by Paul Raschid. George Blagden (Louis XIV in Versailles and Athelstan in Vikings) and Anna Popplewell (Susan Pevensie in Disney’s Narnia franchise) are included on the cast.

Bassmaster Fishing 2022 – Super Deluxe Edition gets surprise release on Switch today

Dovetail Games announced today that Bassmaster Fishing 2022 – Super Deluxe Edition is coming to Switch. Not only that, but it’s releasing today in North America and Europe. Those in Japan and South Korea will gain access on July 7, 2022.
On Switch, Bassmaster Fishing 2022 – Super Deluxe Edition supports motion controls with the Joy-Con, “delivering maximum immersion as players feel every flick of their wrist as they cast their lines out into the bass-filled waters.” The game features ten officially licensed Bassmaster Elite Series anglers such as the title star Scott Martin, though players can create their own character as well.
Hourglass, first-person puzzle-adventure, releasing on Switch next week

Today, publisher Secret Item Games and developer Cyberwave announced that Hourglass will be making its way to Switch next week. The first-person puzzle adventure is scheduled for June 30, 2022.
Hourglass has players taking on the role of Aywa, a young adventurer who is traveling to Egypt to find her missing father who is an archeologist and returned from his latest expedition. In the game, they’ll create a time-clone of themselves to solve various puzzles.

Stealth game The Psychoduck hitting Switch this week

Ratalaika Games and Nibb Games are teaming up on a Switch version of The Psychoduck, “a stealth game about a psychotic duck who collects crowns and has no problem killing all the enemy herons to increase his collection.” It’s arriving on Switch later this week.

Tyrant’s Blessing gets August release date, new trailer

Freedom Games and Mercury Game Studio announced Tyrant’s Blessing for Switch just a couple of weeks ago, but it turns out that a release date has been set. The strategy RPG will be out on August 8, 2022.

Circus Electrique, the upcoming turn-based tactical RPG from publisher Saber Interactive and developer Zen Studios, has been given a new gameplay overview. It provides a first look tour of the greatest show in London, where players will need to defend the city from maddened citizens by using unique carnival talents, recruiting new entertainers, correctly utilizing the right abilities, tactics, positioning, and more.
