Moonstone Island

Studio Supersoft has confirmed that Moonstone Island, its open-world deckbuilder, is on the way to Switch. Right now the project has a tentative 2023 release window.

Moonstone Island begins with players moving to an island to spend a year away from home, which is a tradition in the hero’s village as part of alchemy training. Players will start a new life and build a home for themselves “in a land that has been stifled by dark forces.” They’ll have simple tools, alchemical recipes, and the ability to tame nature spirits at their disposal.

Super Kiwi 64

Siactro is back with another project inspired by the N64 era, as the developer today unveiled Super Kiwi 64. It’s due out later this year on Switch.

The title is a 3D platformer complete with a graphical look inspired by the 90’s. Much like some classics from the N64, there’ll be lots to collect.

Later this year, Switch will be getting the dodge ’em up game Swordship. Publisher Thunderful and developer Digital Kingdom announced plans to bring it to Switch just a short while ago.

Gigapocalypse was inspired by a number of different films and video games. The team looked at Kaiju monster movies such as Godzilla and King Kong plus gaming classics like Rampage.
