Publisher TLM Partners and developer Madlife Divertissement have issued a new story trailer for their upcoming two-player cooperative puzzle game Zorya: The Celestial Sisters that gives a closer look at the game’s story. It showcases the two separated sisters – the night goddess Aysu and the sun goddess Solveig – and how players must use both characters’ abilities together to navigate the terrain and peril in this quest to reunite them.

It’s been quite a long time since we last heard about the Switch version of Unforeseen Incidents. We first shared the news about Backwoods Entertainment’s plans for the game way back in March 2019. Originally, it was targeted for a summer release. Unforeseen Incidents dropped off the radar after that, but it looks like it’s finally approaching its Switch launch as an eShop listing shows it’ll be ready to go next month.

It’s Christmas day, so you know what that means: an outage for the Switch, 3DS, and Wii U eShops with all of these digital stores currently down for some.
December 25 tends to be one of the busiest days of the year for the eShop. With so much gift giving taking place, new systems are booting up and connecting online for the first time. Others are merely browsing the eShop to purchase and redeem digital games.

Vivid Knight coming to Switch

Asobism is putting its roguelike adventure game Vivid Knight on Switch, according to an eShop listing. A release is scheduled for January 17, 2022.
Vivid Knight has players joining forces with knights who have been changed into jewels at the hand of a Black Witch. The game features a dungeon that changes with every playthrough. The ultimate goal is to defeat the Black Witch and free the knights from their jewels.

Young Souls delayed to Q1 2022

Young Souls has been delayed, with the game missing out on its original Fall 2021 release window. The title is now planned for a Q1 2022 release.
On Twitter, publisher The Arcade Crew explained that it would have been unable to meet the original launch target “without compromising our human work ethics and game quality.” You can read the full statement regarding the delay for Young Souls below.
