It’s time for the latest North American Nintendo Download report for the week of December 9, 2021. The latest releases include Clockwork Aquario, Loop Hero, Monster Rancher 1 & 2 DX, Shovel Knight Pocket Dungeon, and more.

Here’s the full lineup:

Following its initial announcement earlier this year, You Run, DigitalMania, and Bonus Stage Publishing have announced that Warshmallows, their online arena shooter, will be launching on Switch on January 6, 2022. In addition, Bonus Stage Publishing has unveiled a new trailer for the game. Check it out along with an updated overview below the break.

Developer Frozen Lake and publisher Tendokore have announced that Seaside Driving will be coming to Switch. Check out a trailer and overview below the break.

The puzzle game Lynn: The Girl Drawn on Puzzles is coming out on December 23, 2021 on Switch, and a launch trailer has been released. This trailer shows off the beautiful hand drawn art style and showcases some of the puzzles in the game.

This game will be released with lots of language support options (including Japanese, English, Korean, Chinese (simplified and traditional), Vietnamese, Spanish, French, German, Russian), so its text will be fully supported for most regions.

Level-5 plans to support the mech action game Megaton Musashi with additional content through 2022. This was revealed in a content roadmap that shows off their plans to update the game with both free and paid DLC.

The roadmap has the game getting substantial content refreshes through fall 2022 and 4 free updates (roadmap translation courtesy of Gematsu).

A new update is out for Pokemon Unite on mobile devices and Switch (version 1.3.1.1). This version adds Tsareena as a playable character as well as new Holowear  for Zeraora and Greedent. Also, various  bug fixes have been implemented.

Nippon Ichi Software has released a bunch of new details on Shikabanegurai no Boukenmeshi, which is described as a dungeon survival strategy RPG. These new details include more screenshots of the game and information on some of the most unique parts of the experience – such as the pose editor, corpse consumption, link attacks, and jobs.

The English version of EGGLIA Rebirth has now been confirmed by publisher Brownies, and an English trailer has released. This trailer shows off some of the Switch gameplay with English subtitles and includes story segments, combat, and menus/UI. 

None of this footage is showing the English version yet, but it has been confirmed to be coming at a release date not yet disclosed. The Japanese version of EGGLIA Rebirth will come to Switch on December 16, 2021.

Bethesda is still churning out updates for its free-to-play Switch title The Elder Scrolls: Blades, with the game now at version 1.19 starting today. It features the return of the Winter Town and limited-time holiday bundles, a new Event Quest, and balancing to several existing Event Quests.

Nintendo is gearing up for its next Switch Online Game Trial, which will be Art of Balance from Shin’en. Subscribers in Europe will be able to play through the title entirely for free starting on December 14. The offer lasts until December 20.

Like all Switch Online Game Trials, progress made in Art of Balance can be transferred to the full version. It’s likely that a sale will be happening soon as well.
