It took awhile, but a new Samurai Jack game is finally on the way. There was a somewhat forgettable GBA title based on the TV series back in 2003, followed by a poorly-received GameCube title in 2004. Now that Samurai Jack is back in video game form, series creator Genndy Tartakovsky wants to do things right.

Tartakovsky referred to that GameCube release – titled Samurai Jack: The Shadow of Aku – during at panel at PAX East 2020. He said it “was done very economically” and “very quickly” before noting that “it wasn’t the love you always want for one of your babies.”

Over the past few years, Nintendo has been recognizing March 10 as Mario day. Retailers will be taking that information to heart with a new Switch sale planned for next week.

GameStop and Target (with other retailers likely to follow) are confirmed to be discounting Super Mario Maker 2, Super Mario Party, Yoshi’s Crafted World, and Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games. All of these games will be down to $40. That’s the main highlight, though there will be other smaller offices like Target throwing in a Joy-Con wheel with the purchase of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe.

About two years ago, the co-op puzzle exploration game Pode launched on the Switch eShop. It’s now getting a physical release – at least in Europe.

Avance confirmed the news over on Twitter. Pode’s physical edition will include the cartridge, holographic card, and fridge magnet.

Nippon Ichi has released some new info and screenshots for Bokuhime Project, detailing the so-called “Princess Election”, training and more. Minato decides to compete against the princess gal Rira Hoozuki for the seat of the “four princesses.” Rira’s charisma—her self-confident aura and senses, the way she behaves—is something you cannot help but kneel to once ordered. Despite being a boy, Minato must win this competition to become the “School Princess.”

Those Who Control the Election, Control Girl’s Emotion Mode!

“Girl’s Emotion Mode” is an important system that influences the outcome of an election. Train Your “Mentality” for the Princess Election

Through repeated special training of “Mentality,” Minato seems to have a better attitude towards cross-dressing.
