Frozenbyte put out a new Nine Parchments video today showing off the cast of playable characters in Nine Parchments. It includes a special appearance by Amadeus, a character from the Trine series.

Those who stop by Gamescom at the Indie Arena Booth or PAX West at the Indie Megabooth can play Nine Parchments on Switch for the first time. It will include four player co-op and a boss battle against a dangerous, firebreathing Treasure Mantis. The Japanese version will be playable at Tokyo Game Show in September, by the way.

Troll and I is out today on Switch. Have a look at the official launch trailer for the game below.

The latest Pokken Tournament DX character trailer has been published – this one focuses on Mewtwo. Give it a watch:

Telltale Games has been speaking pretty positively about the Switch, and there have been several rumors and retailer listings suggesting that their games might be coming to the system (other than Minecraft: Story Mode). Now, a job listing has popped up which suggests that Telltale is intending to continue their Switch support. They’re looking for a “Nintendo Compliance Specialist” – essentially someone who will be responsible for ensuring that Telltale’s games will meet the technical standards of the Switch and also assist with other publishing & quality assurance issues. You can check out the full job listing here, if you’re interested.

Of course we will have to see what happens, but it certainly seems like Telltale Games are committed to supporting the Switch long-term if they’re specifically hiring someone for a position like this.

Switch restocks are starting to become a slightly more regular occurrence. At GameStop, you’ll have another chance to pick up a system starting tomorrow. This will be the first time that all of the retailer’s stores will have units on hand since the March 3 launch.

Thankfully, you can walk right in to GameStop and purchase a Switch without any extra games or add-ons – it will be the standard system for $300. However, bundles will also be offered online.

More:

Superbeat: Xonic has received a pre-order discount on Amazon. The normal cost will be $40, but it’s currently $7 off on Amazon, making it $33. The offer is for all customers, meaning a Prime membership isn’t needed. You can place an order here if interested.

In Europe, the demo has now returned. You can find it by accessing the Rayman Legends Definitive Edition page in the “Coming Soon” section of the eShop.

The same demo will be available on Monday in North America as well. We’ll keep you updated when it’s live.
