Take-Two indicates it’ll continue supporting Switch

Despite recently cancelling the Switch version of Marvel’s Midnight Suns, Take-Two doesn’t seem to be giving up on Switch.
GamesIndustry recently caught up with CEO Strauss Zelnick and asked about a variety of topics. As for plans for Switch going forward, Zelnick said: “Yes, I think we’ll continue to support it.”

Pokemon Scarlet and Violet kick off Gold Bottle Cap distribution

For a limited time, Pokemon Scarlet and Pokemon Violet players can partake in a Gold Bottle Cap distribution.
Gold Bottle Caps are notable since they can maximize all six of a Pokemon’s IV stats. They are pretty rare and can normally only be obtained by making a purchase from the Auction House or buy earning it through the Academy Ace Tournament.

We’ve put together a new video guide that will tell you about all every location for Korok Seeds on Great Sky Island in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.
Players start the game in a similar area to Breath of the Wild’s Great Plateau, and right away, there are things to collect. In our video walkthrough, we take you through all Korok Seed locations on the Great Sky Island in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. There are a surprising amount of secrets tucked away in this short opening area. These seeds will help expand your inventory for shields, weapons, and bows by turning them in to Hestu – similar to the previous title – throughout your journey.
Anodyne 2: Return to Dust Switch physical release planned

It’s been a couple of years since Anodyne 2: Return to Dust first appeared on Switch, but it’s now seeing the physical treatment. Limited Run Games is readying the title through its distribution line.
The initial launch for Anodyne 2: Return to Dust happened back in February 2021, but only via the eShop. More information about it can be found below.
The Smurfs 2: The Prisoner of the Green Stone announced for Switch

Publisher Microids and Smurfs license holder IMPS, along with developer OSome Studio, today announced The Smurfs 2: The Prisoner of the Green Stone. Switch will be getting the title in Q4 2023.
The Smurfs 2: The Prisoner of the Green Stone is a sequel to the 2021 game The Smurfs: Mission Vileaf. It’s another action-platformer with an all-new story and more.

Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom duplication glitch discovered

Duplication glitches have always proven popular with games, and now one has been found for the recently-released The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.
The glitch is notable because it’s pretty easy to perform, and it works on just about everything. Players can duplicate endless amounts of inventory items including diamonds, which fetch a high price. Naturally, it applies to weapons as well.
Best-selling games in the U.S. for April 2023

Circana has released a listing of the top ten best-selling games in the U.S. for the month of April 2023.
A few new games make their first appearance, including Mega Man Battle Network Legacy Collection which cracks the top ten. Final Fantasy I-VI Bundle also made the list, as did Advance Wars 1+2: Re-Boot Camp – the latter of which doesn’t include digital sales and could have charted higher.

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom sold over ten million copies worldwide in its first three days, Nintendo has announced. It’s the fastest-selling game in the history of the Legend of Zelda series.
Also revealed today is that over four million copies were sold alone in the Americas. It’s the fastest-selling Switch game and the fastest-selling Nintendo game for any system in that territory. The same goes for Europe as well.
Pocket Bravery confirmed for physical release on Switch

PQube and developer Statera Studio confirmed today that a physical edition is on the way for Pocket Bravery on Switch. Note that only a standard version is planned, so there won’t be any special editions.
