Original: Monster Hunter DLC has been announced for Sonic Frontiers, with SEGA just making the announcement moments ago.

Unfortunately, we’re mostly lacking information at present. SEGA says that the DLC is going live on November 14 at 5 PM PT / 8 PM ET for free.

Nintendo Everything has created a characters guide for The DioField Chronicle detailing the best party members to use at each point in the game, covering recommended skills, adjutants, and general tactics to ensure victory.

Original (10/8): QUByte Interactive has been bringing back a number of niche classics on Switch as of late, and the pattern continues with Tinhead. A listing for the game has appeared on the eShop. According to the store page, it will be available next week.

Tinhead was originally made by MicroProse UK in 1993. The action adventure platformer, which involves a mission to save the stars from Grim Squidge, originally debuted on the SEGA Genesis.

Five years after it was first announced, Bayonetta 3 isn’t too far away from its launch on Switch, and we’re starting up our pre-order guide which will include any bonuses if they’re announced. Nintendo and PlatinumGames will be continuing the hardcore action series that first began in 2009.

Bayonetta 3 has confirmed a few story elements, including that the bioweapons known as Homunculi are invading and there’ll be a few “a virtual coven of Bayonettas”. We also know that you’ll be able to play as Viola, “a feisty witch in training who fights with a sword and a capricious companion, the demon Cheshire.” Other than that, the game will include Demon Masquerade, “a new ability that channels the demon linked to her weapon allowing for some exciting action options, not to mention some hair-raising combos.” Bayonetta can also summon certain demonic creatures like Gomorrah, Malphas, and Phantasmaraneae during battle. PlatinumGames recently confirmed that a Naive Angel Mode will be available to make things a little less risqué.

The gaming industry has certainly experienced a rise in the popularity of indie games within the last several years. From Shovel Knight to Undertale, Celeste, or Hades, these games have made a huge splash in the scene, and have coincidentally all made their way onto Switch. Indeed, the platform has found itself to be quite the reliable indie game machine, and as such it feels only fitting that Tunic, a little indie marvel that landed on Xbox earlier this year, would find its way here. It certainly feels right at home on the system, and I definitely enjoyed my time with it; the concept of an indie Zelda-like 2D adventure game remains novel and captivating, and I welcome more entries in the genre. Tunic is definitely a solid little title with some neat ideas, but it doesn’t quite break the mold in the way that the indie classics I mentioned earlier might have.

Subset Games has started distribution of another Into the Breach update, with the game moving up to version 1.2.77 on Switch.

Some additions, improvements, and fixes are included here. The team added a couple of new music tracks, enhanced the save file backup system, and more.

The full patch notes are as follows:

Ubisoft has shared a new cinematic launch trailer for Mario Rabbids Sparks of Hope. The game is over a week out, but it provides another look at the Switch exclusive.

Here’s an overview of the game with more information:

Nintendo Everything has created a guide for The DioField Chronicle detailing the game’s summons, known as Magilumic Orbs. We’ll look at each one individually and recommend which upgrades your should prioritize over the course of the game, as well as which ones are the most useful.
