The “Here’s a Podcast” mascot, ladies and gentlemen!

News, what we played, and the complaint corner all make their regular returns. On top of that, we discuss ZombiU vs. Resident Evil Remake, whether Wii U games have to use the Gamepad in novel ways (or if they can just be “regular” games), and then list our top four weirdest business decisions by Nintendo.

Despite a myriad of technical issues, I’d be willing to bet that this show is out best so far! There was no one thing in particular that made it amazing, but energetic discussions (and some really hilarious anecdotes!) made this one a podcast for the record books! Enjoy!

Zero Escape: Virtue’s Last Reward scenario writer Koutaro Uchikoshi has been talking about a sequel for awhile now. Even after all of these months, Uchikoshi is still chatting up a storm about a new entry in the series.

Uchikoshi tweeted the following over the past few days:

The only downside? Uchikoshi hinted that it could be awhile before we see a new Zero Escape.

On November 29, Square Enix registered the domain names AllTheBravest.com and AllTheBravest.net. It also filed a European Community Trademark.

Considering “Bravest” is in the name, one would hope that this is related to Bravely Default. But at this point, it almost seems silly to expect anything not known as Final Fantasy or Kingdom Hearts to be localized.

Or maybe this does have something to do with Bravely Default – except it’ll probably end up being that browser game…

Fractured Soul hasn’t arrived on the European or Australian eShops yet, but its release is still in the cards. The game has finally been approved for PAL regions, so it should launch in the near future. A release in mid-January is sounding likely at the moment.

The following message was posted on the Fractured Soul Facebook page yesterday:

“Some good news! Fractured Soul has finally been approved for Nintendo eShop in Europe/Australia/NZ! We don’t have a firm release date yet, but probably around mid January.”

Pretty neat that we can see things like this in Miiverse…

Update: Been meaning to bump this to the front page for awhile. Now that the Wii U is out in Europe, there’s no better time to do so! Also – you can add your Nintendo Network ID (and 3DS Friend Code) to your profile. New members can input this information at registration.

My Nintendo Network ID is ValayNE. What’s yours? I (and others) would love to know!

I’ve set up a handy topic on our forum right here where NE visitors can exchange IDs with each other. Joining is incredibly easy. So why not sign up and add some friends?!

P.S. – I’d be more inclined to add those of you who let me know about their intentions of registering my ID. That way I’ll have a better idea about things. Again, this is where the forum comes in handy! Or send me an email. Or something. Please!
