Let’s Play! Oink Games has just received a new update. This update adds a number of new features, including the new game mode Fafnir and a block list feature.

Bandai Namco has shared a launch trailer for Taiko no Tatsujin: Rhythm Festival. The game has started to release in certain regions, though it’ll be available worldwide before the end of the week.

Square Enix is back with another trailer for Dragon Quest Treasures that serves as a general introduction. This follows the previous video released last week for the 2022 Tokyo Game Show.

Azure Striker Gunvolt 3 has just received a new 1.2.0 update. This kicks off five months of free updates.

A new battle, “The Slothful Conjurer” Merak and “The Serial Experiment” Teseo are a part of the game now. Additionally, “Trial Mode” can be accessed at no extra cost from the main menu.

The latest Mario Strikers: Battle League update is now live, with version 1.2.0 being made available for all players.

As previously detailed, Pauline and Diddy Kong have been added as playable characters. The Planetoid stadium and Barrel gear set are also in for free. Other additions are included such as “Striker Rankings”, the ability to customize supporters in the stadium, and more.

According to a Switch eShop listing, A Frog’s Job will be available on Switch next month. A release is planned for October 7, 2022.

A Frog’s Job is a puzzle platformer with a mix of 2D and 3D visuals. To receive the gift of reincarnation, players must save the lost souls of 40 frogs. They also have the ability to suspend and resume time.

An eShop listing has popped up for Roar of Revenge, a retro-style platformer. Publisher Ratalaika Games and developer SEEP will have it ready to go for Switch on September 23, 2022.

Prodeus was intended to ship on Switch this week, but the game has encountered a last-minute delay.

Only the Switch version has been affected at this time. Humble Games said in a statement that the the team encountered “a pretty gnarly visual bug in the home stretch”, prompting the delay.

Prodeus was intended to launch on September 23, which still appears to be the case for all platforms but Switch. The release date had just been announced last Friday.
