SEGA updated the Japanese Valkyria Chronicles 4 website today with the latest batch of information and screenshots. A few new characters, tanks, and the research and development system have all received comprehensive details. We’ve rounded up everything below, courtesy of Gematsu.

Bandai Namco has shared official details and screenshots for the new DLC and free update coming to Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2.

As was first discovered last week, Jiren and Android 17 from Dragon Ball Super will be appearing in the game. Both will be available as upcoming characters you can purchase. A new battle system, new avatar skills, and new special costumes will be distributed for free as well.

Aperion Cyberstorm was first announced nearly three years ago. Today, aPriori Digital finally set a release date for its twin-stick bullet hell shooter.

Aperion Cyberstorm is officially launching on February 8. That news applies to both Switch and Wii U.

Original (1/18): Nintendo’s maintenance schedule has updated once again, and two new sessions have been added. Splatoon 2 will be impacted tonight / tomorrow (a new update is actually being prepared to address issues from the most recent patch), and Wii U / 3DS Image Share maintenance is planned for next week.

First made known a few days ago, Super One More Jump from SMG Studio and Premo Games launches on Switch this Thursday. We now have the official trailer below.

A couple of years ago, the 2D action side-scroller Earth’s Dawn came to a few different platforms. That same game is now confirmed for Switch.

A specific release date hasn’t been announced for Earth’s Dawn. However, since it’s expected within the next few days, January 25 could be a likely target.

Later this week, the adventure game Her Majesty’s Spiffing is set to arrive on the Switch eShop. Take a look at some footage in the video below.

On an episode of Daan Koopman’s eShop Action Committee podcast, Image & Form’s Brjann Sigurgeirsson has announced that the original SteamWorld Dig will be released on Nintendo Switch on February 1st. On the North American eShop, the game will cost $9.99.

SteamWorld Dig was originally released on Nintendo 3DS back in 2013 and was later ported to other platforms. Its sequel, SteamWorld Dig 2, was one of the most commercially successful and critically acclaimed indie games on the Switch last year.

Yuji Naka, most famous for his heavy involvement with the Sonic series since its beginning, has announced on Twitter that he has joined Square Enix. He will be working in game development and says that he aims to develop “an enjoyable game”.

He was a key member of SEGA and Sonic Team for over 20 years, first as a programmer on Sonic games, then later on as a general producer. In 2006, he left SEGA to create his own studio, Prope.
