Nintendo released Goodbye! BoxBoy! in Japan last week. In turn, Famitsu caught up with a few of the game’s developers for a wrap-up interview. Director Yasuhiro Mukae, level designer Yutaka Watanabe, graphic designer Yusuke Ota, and programmer Takaaki Kawahara participated in the discussion.

The initial part of Famitsu’s interview touches on the start of the BoxBoy! series. Originally, the first game came about from a planning document Mukae created as part of a competition within HAL. He ended up as the series director, and determined how the project would be and what content it would have.

Monster Hunter XX has yet another collaboration in the works. Today, Capcom announced a partnership with Japanese magazine Famitsu. The game will feature the custom-made Light Bowgun named Bullet Fox. A few weapons of the image can be viewed above.

Famitsu continued its extensive Switch coverage this week by publishing an interview with Kosuke Yabuki, the producer of Arms. This is the first time we’re really able to hear from Yabuki about the game in-depth since its reveal at the Nintendo Switch Presentation 2017.

Yabuki explained to Famitsu how Arms came to be, talking about how it emerged as one of Nintendo’s various prototypes and wanting to try something new in the fighting genre. He also teased more content news to come (including characters, arms, and modes), touched on the controls, and more.

With just a month to go until launch, Famitsu has coverage on The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. The magazine recaps previously-known information about gameplay, but also shares new details on characters.

As many of you know, voice acting is featured in Zelda: Breath of the Wild. The characters appearing in the game will also be very individualistic. Familiar races in the series like the Zoras and Gorons can also be spotted.
