Pokemon X/Y players in Japan will soon have the opportunity to obtain Wobbuffet. The creature will be available through the Pokemon Tretta arcade game.

Here’s the full rundown of the upcoming Wobbuffet event, courtesy of Serebii:

A new Pokémon X & Y event has been announced for Japan. This event ties in with the Pokémon Tretta arcade game. In the new set, there is a specific Wobbuffet Tretta (either Normal or Super Class) and, if you take it to either the World Hobby Fair on January 19th, 25th, 26th/February 2nd/9th or to the Pokémon Card Battle Festa on December 15th/23rd, you have the opportunity to use that Tretta in a special machine. When you do so, this sends out the signal for you to download Wobbuffet onto Pokémon X & Y. Once done, the Tretta is replaced by a blank Tretta puck and cannot be used in the arcade game again.
