When Yooka-Laylee was funded on Kickstarter, one of the stretch goals met involved was an old-school N64 shader mode. This wasn’t included in the 3D platformer upon its initial launch, but Playtonic will be adding it in soon.

A first look at the shader was posted on Playtonic’s website today. The “demastered” look will be offered through the “64-Bit” tonic.

Mugsters is releasing on July 17, Team17 and Reinkout Games have announced. The game will cost $14.99 / £9.99 /€14.99.

Mugsters is a physics-based, action puzzle game in which you need to “outrun, out-manoeuvre and outsmart your enemies by experimenting with different sandbox levels, vehicles, environmental traps and explosives.” We have more details and a trailer below.

Team17 has shared some news about an update for Raging Justice on Switch. A new Stun Meter has been added, along with more control options. Various performance improvements have been implemented as well.

The Onion Kingdom is in peril again and this time it is the fault of the Onion King himself! Whether it be a hot air balloon, a magical Wizard’s school or even another planet, you’ll have to be bready for anything. The 3D platformer Yooka-Laylee is seeing a physical release. In partnership with Team17 and Playtonic, Limited Run Games will be selling copies exclusively through its website. Expect it in August.
