Even long after the game’s release, Bandai Namco is still supporting God Eater 3 with new content. Version 2.50 of the game will launch next week, on March 26. Among other new content, it will include a new story chapter focused on Ein. Here’s the Japanese trailer for the update:

Ahead of its launch this Friday, Nintendo is already distributing the first update for Animal Crossing: New Horizons. If you’ve pre-loaded the game, you should be able to access version 1.1.0. We now have details as to what it actually includes.

First, be sure to download the update if you want to access the upcoming Bunny Day event. This will take place between April 1 and April 12. You’ll not only need to connect to the internet to access the Bunny Day celebration, but you’ll also need to be sure that you’ve linked to a Nintendo Account once the start of April comes around. Keep in mind that Animal Crossing: New Horizons will be updated to version 1.1.0a, which actually activates the event.

Pokemon Sword and Pokemon Shield

A few hours ago, Pokemon Sword and Pokemon Shield were updated to version 1.1.1. While Nintendo said it simply addressed a number of issues to improve the gameplay experience, the patch is actually more significant than the vague statement implies.

We had heard awhile back that hacked Pokemon were popping up in Surprise Trade. Unfortunately, players could be heavily impacted by game crashes and being unable to access online interactions. The good news is that with this week’s update, the exploit has now been addressed.

If you haven’t already, be sure to update Pokemon Sword/Shield before getting involved with Surprise Trade.

Nintendo Switch Parental Controls

The Nintendo Switch Parental Controls app has been given a minimal update. Version 1.11.0 is live on both iOS and Android.

According to Nintendo, today’s patch simply includes the latest bug fixes. There doesn’t appear to be much in the way of any notable additions or changes.
