January 23: Courtesy of Inti Creates, we have the final release date for Umbraclaw. The game launches for Switch on May 30, 2024.

Realm of Ink, ink-style action roguelite game, set for Switch

Publisher 663 Games, alongside developers Maple Leaf and Leap Studio, have confirmed plans for Realm of Ink on Switch. A release window has not yet been announced.
Realm of Ink is an ink-style action roguelite game in which players initially take on the role of Red, who unexpectedly discovers she is just a fictional character within a short story collection. Other characters will be unlocked along the way.

New data from Circana gives us a look at the best-selling games of March 2024 specifically on Switch.
As a brand new release, it’s unsurprising that Princess Peach: Showtime tops the chart. Unicorn Overlord also seems to have done pretty well as it’s right behind in second.

Circana has released a listing of the top ten best-selling games in the U.S. for the month of March 2024.
Princess Peach: Showtime managed to crack the top ten and appears at #6. Unicorn Overlord, which also debuted last month, comes in a couple of spots later at #8.

A bunch of new LEGO Super Mario sets are coming this summer, with new listings show products for Adventures with Interactive LEGO Mario, Adventures with Interactive LEGO Luigi, Adventures with Interactive LEGO Peach, Soda Jungle Maker Set, Goombas’ Playground, The Bowser Express Train, King Boo’s Haunted Mansion, and Battle with Roy at Peach’s Castle. Everything here is slated for August 1, 2024.

April 29: Disney Dreamlight Valley is launching its big “Thrills & Frills” update this week, and we have the patch notes.
The update includes free content for everyone plus Act II of the A Rift in Time expansion pass. Highlights include a new building, new ways to interact with friends during Valley Visits, even more Disney Parks magic, and much more. Plus there are a new wave of bug fixes and optimizations.

Nintendo shared new data today revealing the top 20 best-selling games on the Japanese Switch eShop for April 2024.
Suika Game is back to dominating at the #1 spot. Bunny Garden, which was a new release, follows in second. The only other brand new title is Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes, which comes in at #17.
